This shop is extremely wheelchair unfriendly. My girlfriend in a wheelchair went shopping there and found the aisles barely able to allow a small width chair thru. And what's worse is when she was looking at some items in another aisle one of the employees asked her to move so someone else could look at some candles that were just as easily accessible via another aisle path. They also wouldn't let her use the coupon code she didn't know she needed from the sale book even though they had a store copy they could have used. One of those employees was the manager. One of the employees also followed her and said don't knock anything over in the aisle. Really? She said she will not shop at this store again. I'm going to see if I can find the corporate web page to post a complaint about this treatment. They will not get our business anymore.
Update: I did go back with the receipt and got the free merchandise for the amount that was spent. There was absolutely no indication on the flyer that you needed that page to get those items. It was simply the bar codes at the bottom corner...
Read moreI love this store but when I was in there a woman was walking around with no mask. To top that off she never shut up so she was spewing droplets into the air continuously. She also gave every appearance of finding it amusing that she was making me uncomfortable because I very obviously was .
