I've only been here one time but had an excellent experience. The coffee was amazing, very well brewed and put together for me. It was exactly everything that I was looking for in a good cup of coffee. The drive-through experience was mostly okay, with their menu being a tad confusing. But nothing that I couldn't get over after just a couple minutes of perusal. The individual out the window as well as individuals inside seemed well dressed and clean, the inside was clean as well. Please, for the love of god, get rid of the sippy lids! Your coffee is some of the best in the quad cities, and your employees are friendly and wonderful to deal with, but your obsession with these "environmentally friendly" sippy lids for cold drinks forces me to go elsewhere. The lids NEVER SEAL properly, so even if you drive as careful as possible, you will have coffee all over your cupholders and potentially all over yourself if you try to take a drink while driving. Their cold drinks and smoothies are fantastic. As for their hot drinks........NO. I used to come here atleast once a day but the last 6 months it seems like no one can make a simple hot mocha latte. EVERY SINGLE TIME I get one it tastes like burnt coffee and espresso, there's no flavoring whatsoever.
