T.J. Maxx — Local services in Davenport

A great place to shop, I love shopping there and decided that I would love to apply to work there as well. If you have been in the store you might know that they run advertisements over the radio about how they are hiring. I applied in early May and just received rejection today nearly 2 MONTHS later which stated that the position I applied for was no longer available. During that period I checked in with the store at either 2 or 3 months. The cashiers were really sweet and empathetic and brought over a lady who claimed to be the manager. However this manager was extremely rude and dismissive. It is crazy to me that they are allowed to run advertisements about how they are looking to employ just to never hire. Yo, check it out, I was at TJ Maxx the other day and it was straight up off the chain. I found some hella fresh kicks for like, a fraction of the price they would be at Foot Locker. I also copped some fresh threads, like a dope hoodie and some fly jeans. The selection was off the hook, and the prices even better. Went to Tjmaxx today and what should've been a 10 minutes process turned into a half hour checkout. A simple button for giftcard shouldve been clicked, but Amy clicked cash after seeing both cards. She then had to call a coordinator up who was even more confused on what she did. We then offered to pay the rest in cash so it wouldn't be so difficult. However, she wanted to argue and complain about the cash register being off when they literally returned and cleared everything out twice...
