A few weeks ago, my single mom had ordered a couple sub sandwiches from this location under the name âDebâ. There were two teenage girls at the counter when she arrived; these teens having carelessly let the subs go with some random Uber-foods guy for ~20 minutes without their supervision. My mom walked in to pick up her order of Deb. These teen girls went on to say that my momâs âhusbandâ picked it up. The Uber driver walks back in 20 minutes later, stating that he didnât get his order for âKelseyâ. The two teenagers simply said a âsorryâ to my mom and the driver, despite having broken several food laws. My mom was left to message the subwaysâ management and was met with a âsorry for the inconvenienceâ. The manager didnât give her a refund, a proper apology, or any reassuring words that things will be worked on after this location broke laws.    Read moreI'm a frequent flyer at this location. I've never ordered online and decided to give it a try. The app was super easy. I went in to pick it up. There were about 7 people in the store. I hear a voice asking if I had a pickup order. I responded with yes and gave my name. As the young gentleman turned around to grab the order the young lady at the register very rudely told him "no" I need you to do "xyz". She was on a cell phone and seemed to be distressed by something. The gentleman walked out and handed me my order. The young lady behind the register just gave me a glare. The mood seemed very chaotic and the customers looked highly frustrated. If I would've ordered in store I would've left.    Read moreHavenât had subway in a long time. Not coming back to this one. Food was not even as good as I remembered. Nitpick to start; the meat was not distributed well across the bread. Now, my actual complaints. Tomatoes were overripe, spinach was wilted. The spinach was at the very bottom of the container. Tbh they shouldâve just gotten more spinach out, but the employee was clearly reluctant to be there at all. She asked her coworker no less than three times if he needs help, in such a way that she must have hoped he would say no. Also, she curtly said âwhatâs on itâ to ask what toppings I wanted. Customer service is not the strong suit of either employee I saw today. I imagine they dislike their job or were tired and near the end of their shift, but customer service is part of the job.
