Funbox Pleasanton — Attraction in Pleasanton

Very bad customer service, the man who checkins at the entrance was very rude to us. We were in the vip lane only 4 of us. In the general lane there were like around 60members. He sent all the general admissions members first and when we asked him why he didn’t give priority to vip tickets, he answered it’s all same for all the tickets (but in the website it clearly mentioned that no need to wait in the line if you have VIP tickets), he rudely said if you want you can leave the place I can refund you the tickets amount.

Apart from customer service we went to glow in the dark event, which is not at all worth going during that time. It’s too dark for kids to play nothing is visible, I would recommend going to the day...

Both of my nephews birthday were held here over the weekend and they were great! Fortunately it was not as hot as it has been over the last couple of weeks. For our party, they provided a covered area with tables and chairs and we had the ability to decorate it to match the kids’ birthday theme. The park was clean and the staff were great!
