This place was so rude to my grandma. She went up there for the $.85 blizzards only to be told they do not participate in it, thats fine, we know that not all locations participate in certain deals and advertisements. While waiting for the ice cream we learned that in order to get the $.85 blizzard, you have to order it in the app. No big deal. When my grandma asked the lady if she could just order in the app, the lady ignored her and charged her $11 and some change. The point is, don’t be so rude and unhelpful about your establishment. We don’t work there so we aren’t familiar with the small print. Educate the people that are bringing you business and be nice about it or get out of the customer...

Showed up right before closing not knowing that they closed in the next five minutes, i sit there waiting for someone to come over the speaker, after a few minutes I approached the window. Instead of approaching me and informing me that they were closing soon I was ignored completely and left at the drive through window. Mind you it was 8pm so I understand stuff can happen so maybe next time show me a sign saying closed or the hours so that way I don’t feel so humiliated. We have never had a problem with service there, yea some younger kids aren't to the workforce let alone customer service, so I understand that. The older lady, which is a manager, she's always so sweet, today on 3/22/24 I've never seen this lady before, but she's the reason why, after all these years, im going to put a review, she's is awesome.
