Aroma Joe's Drive Thru — Restaurant in Plum

I used to LOVE this place & would go every single day for breakfast and coffee. However, they started ripping people off without even telling them. When they don't have cold brew available, they give you iced coffee without even telling you or asking. They are VERY different drinks & taste completely different. This is just a very dishonest business practice. I would rather just have the honesty that you are out instead of making me pay for a drink I don't even like or want.

This has happened approximately 10 times now & it's to the point where I've just had enough. They aren't cheap either, especially when you're not even getting what you asked for.

Atleast Starbucks admits when they are out and let's you pick a different drink.

Hands down the best place in Plum!

The woman that work there are kind and know our drinks! The line gets long and they still get the drinks out fast. For the people that B#*ch about how long it takes, apparently have never worked in the hospitality industry. Some people order a unicorn of a drink! That means something they saw on tv and want it so fast and no time to wait…… News flash you’re not the only one getting drinks and food!!

Plus they don’t have 20 people working like Starbucks! New places take time and they have to find the right staff. The staff on plum is 99% on point and do a kickass job!

Aroma Joes~WOW. Staff are great, food is great, & the drinks are the best. (Peach tea) Not a coffee fan but I’m obsessed w there black tea w peach. Weekly reward! It’s a $4 tea, but it’s worth every penny. there is also j something ab going & getting a drink being honest. Aroma Joes literally love you!! But it does get pricey if u want one every week, so ask for a gift card around the holidays! It gets you some trips. But hands down my fav place. Dunkin drinks are awesome but ain’t got nothing on aromas. Oh since ur reading this go ahead & try a peach black tea....
