I am extremely sad and disappointed to even make this review! This is the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I actually stopped going here for a little bit and then I went back for more disaster! Today I ordered two vanilla chai one order was correct the second order was something totally different… I understand mistakes, so I went ahead and took the drink anyway because I did not want to hold up the line… as I was leaving, I grabbed my drink to take a sip and to my surprise, they didn’t put the lid on correctly. It poured all over My white pants!!! I’m so sick Of this establishment! Constantly ruining my day with watery milky drinks, rude attitude I even had one girl slammed the door in my face one day. I’m a kind understanding person so this is very very sad!!😔

This was a very pretty and very clean Starbucks. The lighting was placed very well too. They had a cute little skeleton with a Starbucks apron sitting on the food case and it was the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen. They even have a little meeting room for customers. I used the gender neutral bathrooms and it was also very clean. Will definitely be back to visit this store again.

This was a very pretty and very clean Starbucks. The lighting was placed very well too. I go to the 5 mile location in Plymouth everyday, sometimes twice a day. My coffee order is $10. I order off of the mobile app, I ask for extra ice every time. Instead of extra ice I receive excuses on why there is not extra ice…every time. Some workers give me attitude, I usually brush it off because I enjoy the coffee. Some workers look at my order and see the customize section and make comments to where I can hear. What are they so upset about I am paying for every up charge. Again, my order is $10, I go everyday. I usually walk out unhappy because the issue wasn’t resolved. I am tired of giving my money to Starbucks, has anyone tried the new coffee shop Scooters in Plymouth at Ann Arbor Rd and Sheldon? On my way home from a long day, and I was in need of my favorite drink from Starbucks (Green Tea Frappuccino). I pulled over to find the nearest store, but then realized I had actually pulled into a newer Starbucks location; Bonus!

I went inside and the Barista immediately took my order, assisted me with my points redemption, & made my drinks to perfection.

The place was very clean, was well stocked, and busy with many patrons utilizing the computer setups they have. They have a very nice meeting area just before the bathrooms.
