Zero stars if possible. Let me start by saying this was the WORST fast food customer experience I’ve had ever in thousands of lifelong interactions. I ordered one item off the menu on the app and proceeded to the drive through to pick up at 10PM. There were no other customers in the drive thru or inside. While sitting at the speaker, I saw an additional item on the menu that I wanted to add to my order. the staff refused to add the item to the order saying I have to go back around the building in a full circle to come right back around to the speaker I was already sitting at, this even though there was no other customers in front or behind me in drive thru or in the store. I thought to my self this is a joke right? To make me drive in a full circle around the store to come back to my same spot. But no they were serious. The staff continued to argue that they cannot add an item to my order as I sat there at the speaker and continued to direct me to drive a full circle to place an order for one item. All while I was at the speaker. This did not make sense and was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I have worked in the fast food industry for years and without a doubt both the cashier and the manager on duty should be terminated as this belligerent behavior towards a customer is inexcusable and guarantees loss of business and poor customer experience and negative...

On the weekend, you can tell the difference in the workers quality. Definitely not the same person on the weekends. Also, the lady at the drive-thru yesterday was so very kind. I tried to order a dragonfruit fresca but the automated speaker system wasn't picking it up because I wasn't say the word "fresca". When I got up to the drive-thru she mentioned it to me and added it on for me. Very kind of her. I was impressed. And pleased to get a drink with my meal. This was 520 yesterday. I've had this happen before when ordering a drink and I've pulled up to the window, with DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES, and not once have they ever mentioned it to me that they could add it on. It is the teens who could careless at the drive-thru. She was an older lady and she cared. She showed it and added it on and I really appreciate her kindness and willingness to do that for me. Thank you. She and the person who makes those phenomenal steak grilled cheese burritos during the week between 5/530 made me want to leave this review for them and their upstanding work as employees. The other people in there aside from them gave me no reason to want to leave reviews because at best they are mediocre. Those two yesterday though they go above a d beyond and...

Tried ordering at the drive thru on a Thursday morning around 9am after a long night at work. I checked online and the website and Google both state 7am as the open time, and the signs in the drive thru reflected this. I waited for a few minutes at the speaker with no response. Pulled up to the window and waited, but nobody came. I pulled around to the lot and parked just to see a sign indicating that their dining room was also closed (despite the website indicating otherwise).
I ended up calling and speaking with the manager on duty. I asked if they were open and he said "No, we don't open until 11." I asked about the posted hours and he rudely stated "I can't open if I don't have anyone to open the store." I promptly ended the call and drove home without food.
I get it, places are short-staffed. However, a restaurant shouldn't display open signs and have early hours posted if they cannot serve food at that time. The store was lit up and appeared open from the exterior as well.
Here are some suggestions: -Change your online hours to reflect current business practices. -If your store is not open for business, make that clear from the exterior. -Offer incentives in order to get the employees you need for your desired operational hours. -When someone calls and asks for clarification, demonstrate some level of politeness and proper...
