Panera Bread — Restaurant in Plymouth Charter Township

Atmosphere I can't really comment on because I went through the drive-thru. Young man at window was very polite, pleasant zero complaints there. My complaint is the food. My order was simple - one bagel toasted and cut in half with cream cheese on the side. Cream cheese was tasteless. Terrible. Only ate top half of bagel because it was burned at the edges so badly that It just wasn't worth eating. Cappuccino or however you spell it, was 3/4 full of actual coffee, the other 1/4 was foam. I ordered a regular size. No extras. I'll give this place another try, not opposed but not pleased. Step up your game. It's not hard to toast a bagel correctly or fill a cup. At least, for me it's not, different story here. Will try again hopefully they step up in there.

Ordered a single bagel and cream cheese to go. Waited 15 mins and it wasn’t even busy. They don’t know what they are doing here. People are slowly prepping larger meals and nobody took the initiative to just put a bagel in a bag and give it to me. Manager woman stood there, looked at me multiple times, knew what I ordered and made no attempt to help out. Untrained employees, apathetic managers and nobody engaging the customers as they never acknowledged me standing there waiting to order - again quiet Sunday morning ??? Bathrooms were dirty like they hadn’t been cleaned in a few days, paper towels roll just left on top of dispenser.. like they couldn’t be bothered to install it. Bad vibe here… Panera already charges premium prices but their quality & service is worse then a much cheaper fast food place. Whoever runs Panera has never gotten the well trained customer service angle down. Don’t recommend this...

I placed an order for take out for a business meeting with a group of 7 people. When a colleague went to pick up the order, they told her someone picked up the order already. Not sure that was the case or they forgot to make it. They had to remake the order and this location is extremely slow and unreliable regarding getting an order correct. We specifically stated No Feta be added to the Mediterranean Veggie, but they added Feta, so one colleague had no lunch because she is extremely allergic to Feta so it could not simply be taken off. The order also contained Soup, Salad and a Warm Bowl Teriyaki Chicken and there were no utensils included.
