I'm late in writing this, should have on Apri 29,2023 @ 10PM. I was in the driveup at Arby's in Plymouth, IN where I live. Wanted to give a 'shout out' to employee Codie who was working the drive up. He was excellent, super friendly and the kind of person I'd want working for me if I owed a place. My turkey bacon ranch meal with the Best crinkle cut fries was delicious. My son ordered the sweet heat chicken meal but Codie told me when I ordered it they were out of the sweet & spicy sauce an he wanted know if I still wanted it, I said yes. So my son said it was just OK. My point is Codie told me ahead of time to let me make the decision if I wanted it. (I know Codie didnt make our food but im just letting people know about the food.) Codie had also made a mistake at the register but knew right away he had and Quickly got it figured out. There were a couple other issues but he resolved them in a timely manner. Read moreI travel for my work..ive been here since Jan 13th of this year..and i have to say..this is the worst run Arby's franchise ive been to..and ive traveled from Florida to Utah..coast to coast..either the meat is greasy..cause we can see..the guy..that so loves his job..take premade parchment paper..wirh slices of meat on it..and just throw it in the microwave..or evenings..ive sat at the drive-thru for 40 minutes..or like tonight..when i order..a half pound..beef and cheddar..and get to the rv..remember..i travel for my work..get to my rv..and find..no cheese..none..on my half pound..BEEF AND CHEDDAR..but i can honestly say..im not disappointed..because..with this location..i have not set my expectations high..hense..i cant be disappointed..the whole establishment here..in Plymouth Indiana..is terrible..and if..if..this is what your fellow..people..of this community are accustomed to..well..i feel sorry for them..and you..as an establishment..nothing personal..just business..and its..your business..to provide..high quality service..and high quality food..which you do not on...
Read moreMy experience wasn't the best. It wasn't so much the food quality. The food is pretty consistent at this Arby's. It all started when we were told that the drive-thru was down. So, we parked and went inside. Cashier was really difficult to understand. She wasn't very interactive with any of the customers that approached her. Nonetheless, we were able to place our order. The bad experience came from when we waited in the dining room. The floors in the dining room we're very sticky, so much to the point that it was almost difficult to walk. You can literally feel your feet getting stuck to the floor. That made me worry about the cleanliness of the rest of the restaurant. If the dining room floors were this sticky, what was the cleanliness of the kitchen, where the restrooms? I've worked in restaurants for over 14 years, and held all positions. The manager should have been much more aware of the cleanliness of their restaurant.
