Arby's — Restaurant in Plymouth

I have been going into this Arby's 2 times a week. On my way to work the night shift.

I had recieved a 2 for 1 Coupon from another Arby's in the area that was good for use all year long, as long as it was used after 9pm. I have used this coupon at 8 other Arbys including this one. I have never had a problem using this coupon until 9 months after I started going to this Arby's. The "General Manager" women denied my coupon. This is after using this same coupon for 36 weeks straight and about 70 visits with other employees/managers.

I told the general manager that evrening that I had been using this coupon at numerous Arby's. She didn't seem to care. I also wrote a letter to the store telling them of this issue and got no reply.

I understamd my coupon was from a different store. There are no signs posted saying they didn't accept them. All of the other times this Arby;s and other Arby's have accepted it.

So, I will take my business elsewhere.

I feel bad since I got such great service from all of the young people that worked there. Always friendly, smiling and happy to help. I went out of my way a few miles to stop at this Arby's.

To bad they dont even have the simple respect to reply back...

They were unable to make a transaction for me due to only having a 100$ bill and a 10 and a handful of 1s my order came out to 23 something and when I arrived i was very politely informed they were unable to make the transaction due to shortage of bills. The manager not sure of his name was able to give me a discount and take off a hefty chunk off the total so i was able to still buy my meal for me and my daughter. I appreciate the hospitality and kind gesture as he said to pay it forward i will make sure i do that. Keep up the great work never been disappointed at this location and im not even much of an arbys fan just happens to be convenient as i work and live very close by. Kindness is very hard to come by but this proves it still...

it's been a while, but just thought I should share my experience with the chicken slider.... ordered one today, along with some other sliders - The roast beef was all good, but my chicken slider was so tough and chewy I had to keep spitting out the chicken. very disappointed, and since I'm leaving a negative review unfortunately, should mention I was surprised to see my curly fries was not even full. Don't need a whole lot of fries, but I expect the container at least to be filled. appreciate the ability to get a quick bag of ice though.
