POKE HOUSE & TEA BAR — Restaurant in Plymouth

The reason why I gave this place 2-stars is for a couple of reasons. The food is great, staff is great, and I have personally never have eaten at the location, but overall looks clean. I work in an office nearby and in the nature of my business I don't have time to step out order and wait for my food to be made then go back to my office. Unfortunately, I rely on convenience like most people and I believe the website may have updated so you can't customize or make comments regarding your order. It just comes as is or you can add extra items. I figured an alternative method would be to call the location to attempt to put in an order since I was looking to have soemthing no be included in my order; however, when I called to place my order, there was no answer and i tried a couple times that day. I did go to the location to order and luckily it wasn't too busy, when I mention it to the staff they didn't seem to note anything was wrong, the staff turned on the phone and said. Well it's on now. I have attempted to called numerous times after to order, but if they don't care enough to turn on their phones I don't care enough to put in an order. So that's why I have given the rating I have. I often times order on behalf of colleagues and myself so it's not just one item ahnd they have several requests in their items that cannot be modified on the website or even on the phone. I don't have time to go to the location and sometimes the wait can be 20 minutes or longer. Unfortunately, if the phone isn't on, I just won't choose this...

First time experience ordering from here and probably my last. Went inside and ordered a house bowl and was told to wait outside. Waited for 20 minutes until one of the workers came outside and asked if I was waiting for an order. Turns out my order was ready, sitting at a pick up table inside without my knowledge. How was I supposed to know this?? They gave me a ticket but no instructions. Before I ordered, I saw them go to the door and handed the previous customer their order so I thought they would do the same. Not sure why its my responsibility to keep going in and out of the store to check the table to see if my order is done when they're making me wait outside. Instructions for pick up should be communicated to customers when ordering inside. Since they have signs everywhere that we have to wait outside, they should be clear about customers having to come back in and out to check and pick up their order on the table. Something definitely needs to be changed about their routine, there was bunch of people waiting outside not knowing if their orders were ready or not. Overall, the milk tea was powdery, portions were not worth $20, pieces of sashimi was very small. I would recommend going to Song Tea and Poke in...

I paid $20 for a customize 3 protein bowl. When my brother in law picked up my order, the front staff said they didn't see my order come through... they had him show an email, when I obviously sent them a screenshot of my order and it had my name on it. They need to get their system check if they do not see outside orders like from DoorDash come through. The portion I got was SO SMALL for the amount I paid. Protein cost extra $2-4 more dollars and it was a disappointment. I got spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and regular salmon and you barely saw any protein. Why is it that the customize Poke bowl is SMALLER than their MENU Poke Bowls?. I requested for spicy Mayo and sweet soy sauce and got some sweet chili sauce like the dipping sauce for egg rolls. You can get better Poke bowls and price elsewhere. Last time ordering from them. Greedy poke bowl place. Need better portion size and their staff needs to double check on their end as well before handing off food...
