They are a sad case . If i can write a review with out a star they wouldn’t get even one .

I have been going to this place for 4 years . Today was it for me . I have been calling to make an appointment since Thursday last week . Every time I’d call , they would say Chloe is booked. At first I was going to Whitney , she was not available that day . The guy who answers the phones said “ to just do a walk in “. I did that . Whitney was sitting directly behind me , doing someone’s nails . She kept slamming her chair , up against mine intentionally. I think she got offended because I was getting my nails done by a different person and took it personal.

This time , was bazar!

they would pretend , like I’m not spending big money, like be for real , sometimes me and my daughter , and husband has been there together . They charge kids 100.00 as well . Any ways , Other times I’d get nails and feet done together. Like last month . Today, I did a walk in at approximately 4 pm . I Waited for almost 2 hours until, a woman by the name of Jenny , tried to do my nails . I’ve never seen her work at all . I like my nails done a certain way . To the point that I don’t want to coach anyone. With all due respect on how to do nails you know . If you know you know !

The Women says it will be $ 65. 00 for the acrylic nails , $ 15 .00 for take off of the previous nails, $10.00 for the coffin shape and $ 20.00 for the French style it self . I politely declined and said I’ll just wait for someone else to do them . A Women walked , in and they took her right away . After I had waited for 2 hours.

Why are you upset, all because I don’t want to pay $ 110.00 . To a new person whose work I’ve never see. . I have the money that was not the problem.

Yet Whitney , did my nails when she first started working there and she messed them up so bad . They had to redo them . I feel like I’m the customer I’m paying you certain services. Not for you to do what you, think I want you to do . Then when you say something they get mad ….

I will not put up with you mishandling me . I’ve never pay that amount for French manicure set . why start know , when I get the same service from others same style same way . work that I have experienced.

I stayed and waited . I called in my car for about 5 minutes . The Women who sits at the front is rude , nasty and snotty as hell . I then called in the phone and I said will I be able to get my nails done today at all . I told her who I was and , she said yes you can walk in . I told her that I’ve been there for over 1 hour almost 2 already . She said yes the women try to do your nails you say price is to high and you walk away and not say nothing . I then explained no “ I told her , I normally don’t pay that much and I’ll wait for someone else” .

She became argumentative. She said “ anyone else will charge the same” . I said “ how is that possible if I have never paid that price before for the same work and style . I get every time that I come .

I literally get the same thing every time I go . I pulled a translator out during the time that I was in the salon waiting . They were all making remarks talking crap” making some sound that was like the word Sam , Sam , Sam , Sam …. lol 😆 basically they were saying the all I get is same , same , same same , everytime .

😆 like I’m not aware of who you really are . That they had no clue about the translator.

As I was just listening , to all of there rude remarks being made about me . While the / MANEGER was mocking me saying can I get Chloe , Chloe , get Chloe . over and over again . I herd there rude comments , and remarks the entire time .🤣🤣🤣

Back to story , as I was on the phone with the women She said no that’s not true . I said “ so basically your stating , that I'm lying , about the price I usually pay . correct” ? .

She brushed me off with the coldest shoulder ever. when it come to the price I usually pay .

She said look we busy, if you want cheaper go else where . 😆! They took off 5 nails and left the...

I had a distasteful feeling they really don’t like black people stop spending your money here it got worse I came here it was different signs I’m not sure why we even give them our money this my 4th time coming I don’t live in this area nomore but come here with a friend in I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE I SPENT SO MUCH MONEY FROM THE 4 times I came they do not like BLACK PEOPLE US knowing they hate us I will never come back here how I got treated yesterday the lady who was doing my feet was very rough she didn’t feel like doing my feet at all in I felt the energy when I stepped in everybody was giving us bad looks but I was already just ready to get over the whole pedicure until she cut my toe in I feel like she did it on purpose because why didn’t you just cut my toenail down with a clipper why are you using a tool to cut down my real toe nail. Having a bad day early in the day huh? but everybody was just looking WERID people start getting a little business in start acting up the guy in the front told me it was just a little cut it’s not big of a deal like what ??? I remember I post them years ago recommending them they even post my nails but when people start getting business they heads be to high in they be forgetting who brings them business foreal but it’s ok I will never come back here in I’m sending out a report because my skin is still cracked open in I still had to pay your in not giving a care soul is not good for business.

Reply : NO I do not have any acrylic on my toes she didn’t even ask I don’t know why you guys keep saying that, and blaming it on why she cut my toe on accident is crazy?? also I had to ask for $10 of your wasn’t trying give me anything, please stop it. The guy went back n forth like his foot was hurting in cut in told me to pay in he will take $5 of like be honest here, thats unacceptable....

“Pay with cash to get a $25 gift card.” This is what the screen says when you check in. There are no additional details. That statement should be followed by “Check in with your phone number and pay with cash to earn points towards a $25 gift card.” Which allows people to ask further questions and have expectations. My visit today was great until I went to pay and learned that I have to earn 500 points before getting the gift card. That should have been explained when I paid with cash at the end of my last visit. “Thank you for paying with cash today, for every dollar you spend in cash you earn a point and once you’ve reached 500 points you’ll receive a $25 gift card”. You guys need to be more clear about this, especially for those of us who usually pay with a card and don’t know that points are earned or that there’s even a reward system at all. That’s very misleading. A little information goes a long way. But I suppose it’s ultimately my fault since I didn’t double check before getting my pedicure. (10/16/21)

Updating my review since I can only write one…Today I got a full set which I’m happy with but I also got a VERY BASIC pedicure with no polish or anything. Not only did she cut my nails too short but it ended up being $50 😒 I’m extremely disappointed. I’ll continue to get my fingernails done here but not my feet. It’s nit worth the price… (8/18/21)

Very clean salon and super friendly staff. I came in last minute to have my nails done for my wedding and nail artist that did my fullset did a fantastic job! Originally I wasn’t sure what I wanted but she gave me some ideas and they turned out perfect. This will definitely be my regular spot from now on!!...
