Sally Beauty — Local services in Plymouth

I have always went to Sally’s to get all my hair supplies and never had an issue! Heck, even my grandma shops there! But, the last few times I have been in there, the staff has completely done me wrong. I had first went in after I bleached my hair and was looking for a toner to put on my hair, they gave me one that they said you make my hair more ash-like. It did nothing! I just let it go. Well, I went in the other day looking for a fun color to put on my hair, the staff gave me the best info about it and talked up this product so well, so much information! Told me that my hair would be a rose gold color... I sat with the color on for 2 hours (because they told me that people leave it on all day, like for hours) and nothing changed! I’m highly disappointed and will not be shopping there anymore. I will not have my family shop...

Went in there just for nail polish but got caught up looking at the hair supplies. I didn’t get his name, but the gentleman with the colorful beard (which is awesome btw) was so helpful. He informed me about the ingredients of each product and really seemed like he knew his stuff. Didnt seem like he was just trying to get his sales in, as he was also telling me which products not to get. I did end up getting my nail polish, which he also helped with lol....

The selection, pricing and staff have always been phenomenal. With the Sally club member card, the discounts, monthly offers and savings opportunities are definitely worth the $5 a year price. And actually I even got a discount on that and paid $2.50 this year. On my last visit, I paid $25 for over $60...
