Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plymouth

I order through DoorDash most mornings now, but I’ve been going to the cedarville Dunkin and wareham Dunkin enough to where they know my coffee and know who it’s for every single time cuz I have a specific coffee order because I’ve worked there and was able to make up my coffee how I like it and every time I go and get a sandwich alongside my coffee, I ALWAYS ask to get no egg on my sandwiches every time, today I ordered what I always get coffe and the same sandwich I get my sandwich and the egg is on the sandwich stuck to the cheese that is stuck to the sausage I had to peel it off. Second the order is labeled on the bag with the sandwich order saying NO EGG. This has happened multiple times and I don’t understand how it can be difficult following what the customer had ordered especially if it’s for a delivery service like DoorDash. I’m so tired of the employees not listening to their guests and just doing what they please just to get a paycheck. I’m over it and I’m over these teenage high school kids running these stores especially with their attitudes. I’ve said it multiple multiple times and nothing has changed about the employees. Corporate needs to handle their employees better and if they can’t follow rules, directions, and orders for their guests, they shouldn’t be working...

Terrible service. They messed up my mobile order entirely, forgot a sandwich and munchkins and replaced my wake up wraps with pancakes because they were out of wraps. There is a dairy allergy and we couldn’t have pancakes. I went in and they gave me the munchkins and sandwich they missed but told me i couldn’t get a refund on the wraps because there was manager on duty. The teenage boy with dark hair rolled his eyes and was slamming things around, SO rude. Another young boy with longer hair who was doing the drive through also said there was no manager but he was at least helpful and nice. Then a sweet young girl came over and asked if she wanted me to get someone to help and I said yes, and a minute later the manager came that “wasn’t on duty”. I never write reviews but this was so bad I had to. Thank you to the sweet girl, the dark haired boy needs to go. I too, have to give this location one star. Went in yesterday (first time in a long while)for iced coffee. Always half caff black no ice french vanilla flavor. Somehow she brings me what appears to have milk /cream with ice. I reminded her that it was black no ice. She said that's what it is. Before I could inquire further, she says that's the vanilla sweetener turning it milky light. I asked for the regular vanilla and she says "You have to be more specific when you order". Not at any other DD I go to. So...she makes another with the regular flavor and brings it to me, with ice. At that point, I was all set, and took it home to remove the ice(we drink it the next day). She wasn't rude, but close to it. I always tip, because I know how hard it can be to bypass the ice bin!...
