Worst service ever. Ordered my food online, 40 minutes later I still hadn't received my order. I called the store and spoke to a girl who told me it should be there shortly. A few minutes later she calls my office and tells me it was already delivered. I informed her that I have not yet recieved the order and she tells me they dropped it off at the front desk. I specifically put the office number and name of the office on the order so the delivery driver would know where to go. I asked her why they wouldn't deliver it the the suite number that was on the order and she put me on hold. I work in a dr's office and had to hang up due to having patient's to take care of. I called back and asked who had signed my order since I had payed with a credit card, and she said no one needed to sign since I tipped online. I have been using the Jimmy Johns online ordering system for the past two years, always tip online, and always have to sign. I tell her that either she can refund me my money or send someone out to bring me my order, seeing as I cannot leave my office unattended. She put me on hold again, and again I had to hang up. I called down to the front desk and spoke to the girls who work there. They both said no one had dropped off any orders for Jimmy Johns, but if anyone does they will tell them to go to my suite. They too had nothing good to say about their "freaky fast" service or their customer service. I again call Jimmy Johns and this time a man answers. I tell him that I just spoke with front desk and there were no orders. He told me that even though I put the suite number on the order, there delivery drivers always give it to the front desk. I again inform him that the front desk has no deliveries. A few moments later a girl shows up with my order, apologizes that she dropped it off at a different office. She was the only one to apologize for the mistake that was made. I tell the man on the phone that she had dropped it off at another office, and he tells me he is going to get the owner on the phone since he was in the store that day. Again, I get put on hold and hang up after about 30 seconds becuase I'm at work at don't have time to keep holding. I will never order from this location again. I frequently order from Jimmy Johns, as part of my job is to provide lunch to various offices. I have visited MANY Jimmy John locations with great service, but the Plymouth Indiana location has been the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! I ordered a 30 piece catering box to take to a work meeting and a PLAIN Ham and provolone cheese (slim 1) I reiterated that I wanted nothing on the sandwich except for the ham and cheese I was planning on bringing this sandwich home for my son to enjoy after my office meeting. When I got home I discovered he PLAIN sandwich that I ordered was NOT PLAIN I called the store to inform them of their mistake, Mr. Andrew Horn answered the phone and said that the person taking the order must not have heard the order correctly. I said that I understood that this was a mistake, I just wanted to be compensated for the sandwich that I paid for. I was told that I would have to drive the sandwich back to them. (We live about 2 hours away from this location) I let the manager Mr. Horn know how far I live, and told him that I could face time him to show him the sandwich. I asked him if I could stop in the next time I was in town for a replacement. He said NO! Their facility is not in the habit of giving out free sandwiches. I explained to him that I was not asking for a free sandwich, I was just asking for the sandwich that I ordered and paid for. I then asked him how he would be able to compensate me. He said that I would have to drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back with the sandwich that THEIR STORE did not make correctly. I asked if he would credit my account He said that he was NOT going to credit my account. I asked him if he was going to compensate me for my 4 hours of time and 4 hours of gas to remedy their mistake. He also said NO! He would not provide me with the contact info for the store owners and said that he did not even know their last name??? SHAME ON YOU JIMMY JOHNS PLYMOUTH LOCATION!!! Poor customer service RUDE...
Read moreI have patronized Jimmy John’s in many locations, and the Plymouth, Indiana location provided the worst experience. The person who took my order was unfriendly, seemed like she would be anywhere else, and took a long time to ring up a simple order (one combo). Waiting for my one sandwich took longer than in any other Jimmy John’s. While I waited, and waited, I looked for a clean table at which to sit. Every single table was dirty with crumbs, oil, etc. In a word, it was gross. And it is not as if the dining room was busy-only one table had patrons. And yet, there was at least one employee behind the counter not doing anything, as far as I could tell. This was a really surprisingly bad experience at a Jimmy John’s. Where was the manager? Does he or she really think a dirty dining room is acceptable? When I see a dining room that dirty, it makes me wonder what it is like in the kitchen area. Cleanliness clearly was not a priority. I was planning to eat lunch inside, but opted to eat in my car instead. I do not plan to return to this restaurant...
