Marylou's Coffee — Restaurant in Plymouth

I’ve been coming to this particular location in Manomet for 9 years and 9 months. On Saturday, June 5, 2021, I ordered my usual two items: 1. Medium hot chai 2. Bacon/egg/cheese sandwich. I approached the drive up and placed my order. At the window I was asked if I got coffee and said no then told her my order. She did not have it rung in so she proceeded to do it then. This was before 0800. I told her to keep 8$ (which included over a dollar tip) and give me back 12$. She became very confused so I told her again. Still confused she gave me back 13$ and change. I gave her back the tip. I was then told the other girl was making my sandwich and to pull forward. I did. Ten minutes later I drove around back and went inside. The register girl recognized me and explained they were busy. I asked for a refund because I had my CPR Class in Hyannis at 0830 and I was going yo be late. I was told it would be ready in 20 seconds. Four minutes later I said I have to go do just give me my money back including the tip. A third girl said she’d credit my account. I said what account? I paid cash! It took an additional two minutes for my refund. Now it is almost 0820 and my Class starts in Hyannis at 0830. Two of three girls then starting YELLING at me saying I wasn’t nice and to be patient because it’s busy. REALLY?!?!?! Hmm, when WASNT I nice! Needless to say, I will never, I repeat, never go back to Manomet, which by the way I was there 3 days a week for almost 10 years. I have a car, I know how to drive, and I will now go to other locations with my money and tips. AWFUL AWFUL GIRLS AND SERVICE. MANNERS COST NOTHING. Oh and thanks a lot…not only was I hungry but I was 20 minutes late for Class....

Good coffee, great staff and pleasant decor.

The staff at the Hedges Pond Rd. location was awesome today. I sat there for a long while whilst waiting on my car and they were very pleasant the entire time.

Katie, Brooke and Larry were all very nice and took good care of people that came in or went through the drive through. Their teamwork was one that places strive for, having been a supervisor and manager in hospitality for 8+ years it can be rare.

Their coffee selection is wide in flavors and has a good flavor. The prices are reasonable and they are quick in making the beverages. They also have a variety of snacks and some other beverages.

The decor is reminiscent of an old school diner. It just makes you feel good to walk in the door with its vibrant color, which is a variety of pinks with the classic black & white checkered flooring.

I can't speak to the other locations, but this one is worth a stop.

Why on earth do they have this Brittany working there? She is horrible. I ordered a coffee meant to be hot and they charged me for iced. The young server had no clue what to do so she asked Brittany who was dismissive and rude. She wouldn't do anything about it and said I "got a coffee". What a low life. It absolutely wouldn't have been an issue for me if she just acknowledged a mistake was made, even a small apology. Nothing. Finally, some other young server refunded the difference which was at least some gesture. But Brittany is definitely in the wrong industry and should be somewhere no one has to...
