Okay so I just moved to the area and took a recommendation from a friend. The pizza was good as were the wings and fries. However, the customer service was 🤌🏽chefs kiss MUAH amazing. So we ordered a half cheese/half pepperoni and black olive pizza (yes the fiancé likes olives... he should be imprisoned 🤢). With a few other things. So we have this ongoing argument of him never checking our food and it always has something wrong and it’s almost always my food. So we brought the food back and we had the rest of our order and one cheese and a half pepperoni pizzas. For once I didn’t care because I wanted cheese but my fiancé is not a fan. But he’s a man and they are incapable of asking for their food to be corrected, so I called rose and vickis. I let them know I wasn’t a Karen but we must have gotten someone else’s pizza so I wanted to give them a heads up not to give another customer our pizza. The young woman on the phone was incredibly sweet and told me she would ask her manager what she should do. He took the phone and was so nice and super professional. Apparently they had made the first pizza wrong (just did all cheese) and included it to be nice, and remade the second one. Well I let him know the second one was close but no quite and turns out it was put in the computer incorrectly. This man offered me everything short of the keys to the restaurant to fix the error. He offered delivery of a new pizza, a refund, whatever.I told him it wasn’t necessary but he insisted that they do something to make up for the mistake which honestly wasn’t a big deal. We settled on just making a new pizza and sending my fiancé to pick it up (since he didn’t check the food in the first place he gets to take another ride 😂). The manager was so nice to me that I got in an argument with my fiancé about”why is the pizza guy nicer to me than you are these days?” So thank you rose and Vickie manager for the pizza and making my man step up his...
Read moreHave ordered here many times.. I'm 4.4 miles away. Was told recently they don't deliver to my address, and then coupled with "they're really busy". I wrote to "feedback", and was responded to by Rose.
"Hi Sean. I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I did speak with the manager Ben. Unfortunately, Cedarville’s delivery area does stop at Ship Pond Road. They may have taken your order in the past not realizing it was out of the area. We try to be as accommodating as possible but there are boundaries to keep delivery times low and to make sure that the store closest to the address it the one that takes the order. I apologize again if you feel that it was intentional or that we were basing it solely on the fact that we were busy."
So it's my fault, they refused to deliver to my address that is literally 1.3 miles farther from Manomet location, and my fault if I was told they were really busy and that was why they wouldn't deliver. Mind you.. I've spent thousands over the years from this company.. good product.. It's such a shame that this is their approach.. be...
Read moreI always feel like I've done something wrong by ordering here. Like, I've interrupted their lives. The food is decent enough. The prices of some things are astronomical (calzones & specialty items).. some items are priced right.. but, overall their prices are somewhat comparable to other sub shops in the area. That's the problem..there's not enough competition. Buzzards Bay House Of Pizza and Rose & Vicki's...that's pretty much it. BBHOP's prices are better & food quality is too...but, their wait times are insane and are what makes people order from Rose & Vicki's. Not all the staff are bad... I've been treated VERY nice a couple times but, I've spent more times eating my "meal of shame", than I'd like to remember. Haha Good location...decent parking...Handicapped accessible..right off...
