If you could give negative star ratings to places, this would be the one!!! This will be my last time ever coming here. As a local this has become lots of people's late night snack place. its about 1130 pm and there was 5 cars in front of me when i arrived, I sat there for 30 minutes before ever reaching the intercom and I did I got a rude "be with you in a moment". I then sat there for another 30 minutes waiting. 10 of those minutes the drive through was empty, 1 car in the lot and I said hello multiple times, finally I drive up to the window and the cashier rolls his eyes. (all while just standing there, not taking any orders, just standing there) opens the window and says "you're suppose to order back there" well obviously I would have if someone had been doing their job to take the orders. Not to mention , you can go there several days in a row asking for some of the same menu items and depending on who works Is depending if they will say they are available or not. At this point, the food quality has been dropping. some carne Asada meals taste like the meat you're eating has sat out for an extended period of time or it's just old in general. the customer service at this restaurant or whatever you call this dump is quite literally the worst quality you could ever get. this business would not be losing so much business if you hired people who didn't hate their job and actually had customer service skills. Considering the wait is always 30 minutes plus, DONT...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I are locals and regulars here. And we love the food hence why we keep coming back. But the service is such a hit and miss. Tonight, we asked for no sour cream or guacamole on our burritos just as we do every single time because boyfriend has a food allergy and we ask for it like that every single. We were also told they were out of red sauce. We live thirty minutes away, got home and there was both sour cream and guac on the burritos. I understand it’s partially our fault for not checking but we shouldn’t have to check just to make sure our order is correct. So we drove another thirty minutes back into town to get our order right and deliberately saw red sauce in the bucket. This is not the first time it has happened. Another time he blamed the order being incorrect because of our loud vehicle even though the vehicle was turned off. Business is declining. The hours are not consistent. There was two people inside the building and we waited for our order to be taken for 10 minutes, pulled up to the window, honked, knocked on the window and we got ignored. The specific gentlemen that helped us is not friendly and very rude and I shouldn’t feel like a bother when asking for red sauce when he lied to us to begin with. Not sure what this employees problems is. But he is to losing our business due to poor customer service. Sincerely...
Read moreI've eaten there once and that was enough. Everything was soaked in grease, it was as though they had dipped the entire bag in the fryer and then served it to us.
Here's a tip I learned from working for a major bank. Always use a credit card and keep your receipt. If you can get a detailed receipt that's even better. If something isn't how it is supposed to be and the merchant won't issue a refund then call your credit card company and start a chargeback. Credit card companies may take a while but if the dispute is legitimate you will get your money back and the merchant will have a mark against them. If the merchant gets too many marks then they have to pay more for credit/debit card processing fees so it's in the merchants best interest to work with the customer and resolve the issue.
After trying to eat a burrito from them and using at least 15 napkins to sop up all the extra grease on my hands, I'll never go back. There are so many better Mexican restaurants out there, this one is the bottom of the barrel and should be avoided at all costs. If you're looking for late night food and no other Mexican restaurants are open, there's always Jack in the box. Their tacos aren't the best but at least they're not...
