But I’ve worked for boba shops before, one ran by a Korean family. I know quality products and unfortunately, Purpose Tea did not deliver. We ordered a Huckleberry milk tea with tapioca pearls and a Peach milk tea with popping boba. Both tasted genuinely rotten, as if the ingredients used were spoiled/expired. I tried to get through mine, as some of the flavor and the popping bobas would shine through every other sip. But in the end, we ended up tossing both of them for fear of getting ill. Their focus appears to be on the in-person, get it to consume from the front counter. They have a couple of booths so you can enjoy your tea there or to go.
