Terrible Terrible service last night from the brown haired girl with the nose piercing! I believe her name was Tamar. The kids wanted tutti frutti shakes, but she told the kids there was no vanilla ice cream leaving them to pick something else. When I asked if we could have a different flavor ice cream, was she annoyed! Took her 20 minutes to make 4 shakes, one of which was chocolate indulgence when I ordered tutti frutti with chocolate. Terrible experience for the child who didn't get what she wanted. The back of her shirt said the friendliest in the pack, but that was far from the truth! I hope she gets the training she...
