Water's Edge Bar and Grill is as much a part of Polk City as City Hall. They have really good food and you just feel very welcomed when you go there. You can definitely tell that they have regulars most of them very warmly welcomed you there are a few that would rather keep to themselves. I have never had a negative experience. They have an outdoor patio where you can eat or drink. I can't think of anything negative to say. There was 6 people in the entire place when we got there. Two people walked in 10 minutes after us and were immediately helped, I can only assume they were regulars by the way the bartender interacted with them. They have a small kitchen, but the cook creates big results from it. The food was fabulous! We had Burgers, chicken, patty melts, sausage, and every deep-fried veggie on the menu.
