The Creamery. — Restaurant in Polk City

I didn’t get to order food. I had a problem with my eyesight, reading the menu in the wall. The help didn’t want to try to help me order. They didn’t care that. I couldn’t read their menu so my opinion is they do not want to try to cater to handicap, it’s all about Them they told me take a picture on the wall. I couldn’t read it so I just left and I was gonna come there and then when I finally come and try it out I’m so disappointed they did not want to help me order ice cream because I could not read their menu and they didn’t even care , never go there again not a business. I like that they allow only so many groups inside at a time during the pandemic. Excellent staff, courteous, quick to serve. No seating inside, but tables outside and in park across street. You need to check this place out for QUALITY soft serve and varieties of regular ice creans.

Now that the pandemic is over with, the Creamery is still our go-to place for soft serve and hand packed ice cream. Many, many flavors of ice cream on hand, you just can't go wrong. Plenty of sitting outside, or... across the street in the park. Just a neat place to visit...

Ice cream was great. Staff was friendly and answered questions, but not super helpful as we were 1st timers. Adorable remodeled gas station. I do agree the name leads you to believe they make their own ice cream. Biggest complaint is the design flow. When you enter the register is directly in front of the door, it makes it impossible for more than 2-3 persons in line to stand indoors and makes it impossible to see the options prior to getting to the counter.
