Oak & Berk — Local services in Polk City

My daughter received a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift bought from this store but it didn’t fit properly. I went to exchange it for a different size the second Thursday they were open after the holidays (with receipt), I was told exchanges were not allowed—even though the item was unworn, had its tags intact, and was in perfect condition. And they even had the same items on the shelf.

It’s incredibly frustrating that the store refuses to accommodate something as basic as a size exchange, especially when most retailers understand that this is a common and reasonable request. Their policy feels rigid and unaccommodating, leaving customers stuck with items they can't use.
