The Asian lady at the window has some issues every time I call to ask if the croissant is fresh. She will give me an attitude or wrong information she will say it’s just out the oven and when I get it it’s all wrinkled and cold I stopped going because she said I was bugging her and she is to busy for me I’m laughing inside right now because all I ask for is a hot croissant 🥐 fresh out the over hot melted cheese and crispy on the outside I haven’t called in like two months to let her cool down but today I made the mistake of calling her she had the same attitude now I found a new croissant spot same ingredients better service...

They they steal money from your debit/credit card i go there every morning and only pay $2.90 for small coffee and 7 donut holes but this morning I asked for my receipt today and they charged me $5.55 I've noticed extra money missing from my card so they been charging me an extra 3.35 when I confronted the lady she got an attitude and I told her I come here every morning to get my coffee and doughnut holes for my daughter she lied to my face and when I asked for the receipt and asked her why hqve you been charging me ' $5.55 she lied and said...

Cool, old-time donut shop in downtown Pomona. Jelly donuts are my favorite and our just a slight bit smaller than other shops. Hence a 4 rating, but the flavor is great, and they are fresh. I ordered a drip coffee with some milk in it and they put a bit too much milk for my taste, let the underlying coffee was good donut shop quality. The people are very friendly and helpful.In providing service to their customers....
