I've Been To 4 Different Michoacanas, By Far This Is The Worst One And The Only One I Will Never Go Back To...

1. No Debit/They Only Take Cash
2. No Prices Up for you to see like the other ones do... Hate Having To Ask How Much Is Everything... Super Expensive For Poor Quality...
3. Place Seemed Dirty and It was Empty but had no parking available.
4. Mango Ice cream was so airy it was discusting and had a Horrible flavor Compared to the other michoacanas. It tasted like tap water and sugar, like no flavor Syrup full of air... never again...
5. I ordered a Mangoneada maybe if i was lucky i got 5 pieces of mango compared to othera where ive gotten a good handfull of mango in it...
6. I love Chamoy, but without exaggerating, 1/4 of the entire thing was chamoy... it truly made me gag
7. the only good thing i had to say is service was good and friendly, but there prices and quality is down...

My parents often tell me they prefer the Michoacana on Mountain in Ontario, and today I saw why. I went into this location and ordered tostilocos. They charged me $7.75, I wasn't paying attention when they were making them but it didn't have the ingredients they usually put in them and the box was a half size, and didn't have enough for the price, total rip off. I sampled one of their ice creams and it was too sweet as well. Edit: the customer service was fair, but the lobby wasn't very clean.

All feed back is good feed back. You can either take offense to it or use it to raise the standards of a business. I asked for a manager but to no avail. I didn't return the item, I still contributed to yours. I simply recounted on my experience and encourage for people to try and see...

It was my first time here , and I was very pleased with the quality of the flavors and the outstanding customer service given by Karina! She was very sweet to me and the people that were with me , she allowed us to taste things before I made a choice and I ended up trying a flavor I never thought I would , and I ended up loving it and buying it with my Mangonada! The ice cream and the paletas is also very delicious! The place is great for the family and to come with friend!! There is so much to choose from!! I loved it !! And that is that I'm a picky eater , and I'm picky with trying new things .. but I loved it , will be coming back and recommending a lot of my friends...
