Likely not coming back, and I do not recommend for anyone. Wasted my time and money not getting what I ordered. So if you would like the same feel free to stop by. Here is what I can say about the food. Standard greaseball cheeseburger, very tasty, sliced lettuce and onion, pickles and tomato were great, lots of thousand-Island-type dressing, bun was fine. This burger will drip, so be aware. The fries need more seasoning, but otherwise they are large, and crispy with just the right ratio of soft potato inside. My Dr. Pepper was fine, though the syrup will need to be changed soon as it was hard to tell if it was Dr.Pepper or not. I could see the breakfast burritos on the grill and those looked good, though will unlikely return to try. The menu is extensive, an entire section is devoted to fries, which is cool. The interior needs to be refreshed, there are some newer decorations posted on the walls, but they need the floors, walls, seating, and tables replaced. There is a soda fountain that I suspect no longer works that should be removed. There was not a rush, staff present were all diligently at work. Parking lot is okay, could stand to be repaved. Location is Pomona, do not leave valuables in your vehicle and be aware of your surroundings at all times. I did not see if there is a restroom or not. Entrance, and counter is accessible, I didn't notice any accessible seating. So here is my issue, came in to order a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. I am standing about 2-3 feet from the cashier, ask for 'bacon cheeseburger and make it a combo'. Cashier asks if I want cheese, think it odd that I would want a bacon cheeseburger without cheese, but confirm that I want cheese. She then asks what else. I repeat 'make it a combo'. She asks what I want to drink, I ask what they have, she says Pepsi products and points to the handwritten sign. I ask for a Dr.Pepper, she says Pepsi, I correct her and say Dr.Pepper. $15, I get my change and take a seat. About ~8 minutes later a double cheeseburger and fries show up. Drink is coming, I check my receipt and it says double cheeseburger, which is not what I ordered. So now I've wasted both my time and money not getting what I wanted, and I do not have the time, trust, or patience to get this fixed. (In my experience, when you send something back, you can't always trust what comes to you after.) I inform the cashier that this isn't the burger I ordered and asked for a bag as I can't stay any longer without losing my temper. In the location's defense, I didn't ask for it to be made right, and a woman who appeared to be in charge asked if I needed anything (the bag was not immediately produced), I replied a bag. They might have been able to fix it, but I was done. I don't know what the issue is with the cashier, I don't speak unclearly, maybe she is new, regardless, if you come here check your receipt and consider asking them to repeat your order back to you. The burger was good, but there are at least 3 more places just like it within a mile. I won't likely ever return for any reason, but I have left this detailed review so you should feel free to visit but understand things may...

Went in because it said "dine in available" I was like ok cool. Well it wasn't available, it is what it is, I understand the situation.
Here's where it all started....
I walked up to the register, I placed my order. Cashier was wearing latex gloves, got my card, inserted into the ATM machine. She was touching my card that I gave her with dirty hands, touched the cash register that I'm sure cash has been around, touched the ATM machine... she gave me my receipt and I stood by the counter.
I REALLY watched her using the same gloves, open the fry paper bags, grab the fry scooper shove fries in the bag (some fries fell out) she grabbed them with her gloves and threw them back into the fry tray. Then she got a to go box for an order of asada fries or chili fries grabbed fries with the same gloves from the register, put them in the to go box and hand it to another cook.
At that point I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
She was wearing a mask, but its like ??? What's the point of wearing a mask, if you just touched all this with the same glove... might as well just work...
Read moreSomething hit my nose...I looked to see where that intoxicating smell was coming from. A block away...Golden Ox was grilling their fabulous chicken burgers...so I U-turned right into the parking lot...after one! Know that feeling when something just "hits-the-spot? The Manager, Maria, (beautiful and charming) is part of this "family owned" restaurant...(which shows in the end product)...they care more. It's simply delicious food. They employ enough people to take care of the customer's needs...all in company "T's" and smiles that greet you. The thick cut pieces of chicken are marinated in her Uncle's special recipe...then grilled to mouth-watering perfection. The smell is what drew me there. I ordered a chicken salad...fresh, crisp lettuce (at 3:00 in the afternoon)...for my daughter...to learn they even make the Thousand Island and Ranch Dressings from scratch (Uncle's recipe). Singular location (other locations aren't the same owner)...wish there were many, many more. On my top 10...
