Well, let's start off that I walked into this establishment and the shift lead Krystal was cussing and yelling at customers. Who were asking for the bathroom for a young child. When I enter and asked what was going on she turned and started to cuss at me and was very over worked exhaling she has customers and has to run the register. I've worked in food services i understand that this can easily be a violation in workers rights. I proceed with the conversation as she continues to cuss at the customer with the little girl coming out of the bathroom. At this point they are cussing at each other.when I asked for the manager she replied she was. Further into our conversation she than accidentally states she is the shift lead. So confused I reiterated that she just said she was the manager. So I ask for corporates number and the acting manager on duties contact. She refuses to give it to me. Than tells me that the manager luis v is not in. That's fine I can call tomorrow. Well I call to leave a voicemail which she answers and accuses me of vandalism and has sent the photos to her manager who was unreachable when i asked. Which mind you. I never entered the restroom and the woman with the child was wearing a tank top and shorts no pockets the little girl had the same and to accuse someone of something they didnt do. To me shows that she knew she was wrong and lashed out due to exhaustion from being over worked in my opinion. When I tell her she is being very unprofessional she hangs up on me. I will be filing a complaint not only with Dennys corporate office about this franchise but with labor enforcement for over working their staff. and California public health for denying the right to a restroom to customers. Read moreFirst of all this place doesn’t even deserve one star, secondly don’t even bother coming to this place because no one attends to the customers when you walk in there’s no one at the front counter to help or have you seated. While you’re waiting to get seated people will walk in and get seated first before you and you’ll just end up sitting there for an hour without being able to get checked out. Poor customer service, the food is terrible, the waiters/ waitresses have horrible attitudes. In my opinion I’d say fire all the employees and hire employees that actually do there job. I hope the owner or management takes action about it because how can you run a business with people that don’t even want to do their job.
