Juanita's — Restaurant in Pomona

Me and my son were stuck at a red light on San Bernardino ave and looked over at Juanita's... as I told him how good the food use to be, a crackhead, that was sitting pants off on those red benches right in front of the ordering window, urinated so much that an overly hydrated race horse with a large bladder deformity would have been defeated in a pissing contest. Luckily my kid looked away as a tsunami of urine splashed on the property, spilled onto the sidewalk and poured heavily into the street, a literal waterfall of drug infused human waste. A meth head staring at her took a hit from his pipe as he watched her relieve herself and nodded in agreement, a toothless smile smeared across his face. "YEEEAHHH!" he cheered. My family and I have been loyal customers for over 25 years. I called today to place a order over the phone like I always do and the woman who answered the phone said "sorry were to busy I can't take your order" and hung up on me. I then drove all the way over there and told her I didn't appreciate being hung up on and how I've been a loyal customer for 25 years. She replied with "well I've been for 40 years I beat you" (seriously so unprofessional I would be embarrassed to have a employee like that family or not). She then told me "do I want to argue or do I want to order?" I said "wow I will gladly take my business elsewhere and she replied with "Great." I am going to tell my entire family about this situation and I promise we will never ever spend another penny at this terrible establishment again. And Ray if you believe in being a proper business owner I suggest you follow up...

I'm only giving 2 stars because we like the chain. We ordered Carneasada Nachos which normally are HUGE and worth the price at Jaunitas III in Ontario but Not in Pomona. We tried Pomona today and were greatly disappointed 😞 They gave us about 2 table spoons full of meat and get this......They used CANNED Nacho Cheese!!!! What happened to Shredded Cheese and the meat? My hubbies Ckn burrito had 5 little pieces of meat and the rest was rice. Our ckn tacos were pretty good but that's it. Will never go back to this one. Ontario's is 100% authentic and worth the drive!! Sorry Pomona.....if you are a chain or franchise you really need to stay 1. authentic and 2. consistent. Please use this criticism to better a great name...
