This location is so unorganized. So I go through the drive through on Saturday night after 8pm before 8:30pm. I ask for my senior discount and I was told the manager had left for break and was the only one that could give it. The worker at drive through kept insisting on me to pay and I told her to let me find a coupon on the app. I then find a coupon and gave her the number. The change due to me I saw her counting almost 8 dollars in change and I told her I did not want all that change because it was not my money she then say I would have to wait for the manager to come back in order to get dollar bills. I then asked about the other cash register and she said someone would need to purchase something in order to open it. I then said give me something for 1 dollar in order to open the register. Why is there not a team leader that can give the senior discount in case management is gone, also the management should make sure the registers have the proper dollar's in them before they leave. I do not need almost ten dollars in quarters as change. Unorganized business and this is not the first time establishment has disappointed me and my family. Read moreLast night I went to Popeye's for 2 #5 wing platters. I was told it would take 8 minutes for my order to be ready. I was told to pull around to the parking lot and wait for my order to be brought to me. After waiting for 30 minutes I went inside to see why I had not received my food. The clerk who took my order at the window had an attitude when I inquired about my order (seriously???) Another clerk tried to send me out with the wrong order (chicken strips). I showed her my receipt, told her I had been waiting for 30 minutes and my food should be done. Come to find out that they never cooked any wings and I was told that I would have to wait for another "6 minutes". I demanded my money back. Why keep taking orders when you know you can't fill them? As I waited outside I noticed several other angry customers waiting for their order. The same went for the inside of the restaurant. People waiting and a customer returning with an incomplete order and teaspoon of red beans and rice they tried to pass off on him. He told me he had already gone home and had to drive back. Iv’e been here three times to pick up chicken for my grandmother when she visits. Every single time, horrible customer service. I will add that the Popeyes in Chino Hills is hands down better customer service and consistently hot food. My father loves Popeyes chicken and drives from Pomona to Chino Hills just to go there. He sends me sometimes to get him chicken and always loves it. He lives 2 minutes from the Indian Hill location and will not go there. My sister said I have to try their new chicken sandwich. I ordered the spicy, my husband ordered the classic. Way too much breading, greasy, and cold Cajun fries. Never again! Chick filet has nothing to worry about.
