Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

So, the posting on the door says 5 guest at a time for this place. I walked in with two other people. When we walked in there and there were two adults and a child in there. We were immediately told to wait outside. Ok. No problem. We waited outside. While waiting another family with four kids and two adults walked in. They were NOT told of the limit. Instead they were immediately provided service even though the total in the lobby was now 9. Again, we waited. When the first family of 3 left we went inside and again we were immediately told to leave the lobby area. When I explained that we were waiting outside and this family walked in front of us to go inside they were not told to leave. She nonchalantly responded they don’t control what happens outside. The Pompano Cold Stone Creamery has the most disengaged workers. The store is consistently grimy and unclean. There is not a single clean surface every single visit. The server had very long nails that tore through her gloves where you can see a film if wetness inside the gloves. I lost my appetite. God only knows if she cleaned beneath her nails. I about gagged when I walked out. Who manages the store? I understand that there is a worker shortage. But dang! At least try to look cleanly. I'll be going to a better location...

Cold Stone Creamery is the place to be. Inside Pompano Citi Center. After Breyer's, Haagen Dazs and even Carvel Ice Cream chain stores, Cold Stone is your best bet for top notch ice cream. If you are a chocolate lover like me, go for the Chocolate Devotion or the Mint Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream combibations.
