Ok first off let me say this review should not reflect on the franchise itself this is directed towards this location alone... first we ordered the pizza through the Domino's app and soon as it said it was ready through the tracker I walked across the street which is about 300 feet and the first thing they did was take my money and then said it wasn't ready yet so I figured it wasn't quite done so after about 20 minutes go by me and two other customers who had also been waiting a very long time as well and finally food started coming out and I was the only one left and finally 10 minutes go by and finally the so called manager asked my name and she said Oh....she forgot to make yours.... THIS IS AT THE 30 MINUTE MARK AFTER MY FOOD WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY TO PICK UP!!!! So finally 10 minutes later my food was ready I stood in that store for 40 minutes for food that was supposed to be done and the manager offered nothing to try and make up for it except a very smug "well sorry about that" working in the restaurant field before I know what ticket bumping is to make your order times to look outstanding but this was ridiculous that me and the other customers had to deal with that.. definitely avoid this location at all cost..no customer service skills,hygiene levels are awful with dirty clothes and open sores on one employee s face!!...
Read moreI normally like Domino’s Pizza but this location is terrible! I just moved to this area and have ordered from them twice. Both times the order was very wrong, horribly made and the drinks I ordered were substituted with whatever they had. When I ask the delivery guy about that, he said “well if we run out of something, we substitute it with whatever we have.” The second time I ordered from them, it was so wrong and bad that I called the store which is unlike me. I never call to complain about anything. Who ever answered the phone did not care about what I had to say at all. He said that he would credit me back. I told him that I was calling to let them know about the mistakes that they made so that maybe he could speak with the employees about paying a little more attention to the orders. I told him I thought that his manager needed to know how the food was being sent out. Especially the fact that undercooked chicken wings can actually do a lot of damage to a person and possibly even kill them. He did not care one bit and he actually hung up on me. I will never order from that Domino’s again ever! They are rude, they do not care one bit and they put whatever they want to on your pizza, send out undercooked chicken and substitute whatever they are out of with whatever they want. Save your money and your health. Go...
Read moreOne of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had after visiting several branches. Despite having 8 employees behind the counter (a record never seen before), not counting the delivery drivers, I waited about 30 minutes for my order made by App. Meanwhile, people were arriving and leaving after me with their pizzas. Exactly 5 employees came to ask me my name to check my order. And nothing. The worst part was witnessing shouting and arguing among the employees while I waited. When they finally delivered it to me, I complained that I had asked for a 'square cut' and they gave me 'sliced'. In response, a lady attendant told me they could make smaller slices to correct the error. In response, I said that slices are not the same thing as 'square cut', since I had chosen that option in the app. Finally, I complained that I could not see the 'Philly steak', as I had ordered. The attendant opened the pizza box and pointed out (since she said she didn't want to touch the pizza) that the product was not visible because it was under the mozzarella. It was a 'top' or an 'under'? After, during my 'dinner', I was able to confirm that the real 'Philly steak' was just a 'smell', but I was already too far away to go back and complain. Never again...
