Best. Jeweler. Ever. Really. And that comes from a tough customer! I know just enough about rocks and metals to be annoying, but not quite enough to do it myself (; Steve is talented, skilled, patient, AND he listens! (too bad he's already married haha) His repair work is amazing, and his custom work is OUT OF THIS WORLD (; And like I said, I am a tough customer! I've worked with lots of jewelers on lots of projects, from simple repairs or sizing to crazy custom designs, and Steve is THE ONE! I'll never go anywhere else again! (so no retiring for you, Steve!!) I had him size my best friend's engagement ring, and I couldn't even see where he'd done it. I let him size my promise ring that I'd wrapped with wire to fit my tiny finger. I didn't want to take it off long enough to have it sized. I finally caved because I knew I could trust Steve with it. (Also the wire finally broke after 4 years, haha) Our last jeweler ruined my mom's wedding ring. She was afraid to try again, but I convinced her to let Steve operate on it, and he totally rescued it! Most recently, I had an awesome idea for my wedding ring. I brought in a color-coded diagram and a dozen hand-picked diamonds, and STEVE MADE MY DREAM A REALITY. Do yourself a favor!! Bring your repairs, custom orders, and whatever else to Atlantic. First and foremost, I have always been a believer of supporting local businesses. Especially after covid, I made sure that I supported local businesses, but especially the individual stores, the mom and pop store. Approximately 3 years ago looking for a jeweler near my house. Someone that can clean some necklaces and a make an adjustment to a ring. I found Atlantic jewelry, they were able to clean several necklaces and make a ring a little bit larger. They did a very beautiful job. Just recently I needed to have a necklace cleaned once again. Therefore, I dropped it off with them, I was completely surprised that after 3 years they remembered me and actually remembered my name. As well as details to the conversation that we had 3 years ago.

I just need to have one. Sterling silver cleaned. It was early enough in the day that they were actually able to clean it and get it back to me just a few hours later.

The staff here is very friendly, polite professional. They take the time to talk to you and especially get to know you. And they remember who you are.

I will be going back in the near future and having some additional ranks adjusted for my wife.

We are a little late on this review as we were waiting to get our engagement photos back, but my fiancé and I want to thank Steve and Janet for all of their hard work in creating my dream engagement ring! My fiancé started working with Steve and Janet back in the fall of 2023. He had some ideas in mind, but Steve and Janet really helped bring the vision to life, offering their expertise and top notch service every step of the way. Due to some scheduling conflicts, Steve was kind enough to open up the shop on his day off to accommodate my fiancé! After the proposal, we realized the ring needed to be re-sized and the team hustled to get it done in a matter of days as they knew I was traveling out of state to see my family for the Thanksgiving holiday. To be able to show the ring to my family for the first time and have it look perfect meant so much to me and I’m so grateful they were able to get it done so quickly! Overall, we cannot say enough good things about Atlantic Jewelers! This is a family run business and they truly care about their customers!
