What in gods name is going on with this store. Does this store have a manager if it does she / he needs to be sent back to managers school. 8 out of 10 times I go here they get the order wrong. It’s actually impressive how many times they get it wrong and are so clueless and yet nothing changes. The owners should be embarrassed at the way this store is ran. Iv left other reviews on my experience in the hopes something will be done yet all that’s happened is it’s gotten worst. Today I was in the drive through with three cars in front of me it took 32 minutes to get through the line of three cars. The lady taking my order which was just a medium hot coffee and a sausage egg and cheese croissant she asked me three times and then put me on hold after a 10 minutes wait she came back on and asked what did you want so told her again. Waited another 15 minutes to get two cars ahead of me through. I watched them hand the people ahead of me food then they passed it back passed them drinks and the people handed it back three times before they got it right next car same thing then I get to the window and they say that’s $17.85 I said wait what for a coffee and croissant she said yes I asked how much is the croissant she said $4.99 and the coffee $269.00 ok so how is that $17.85 she said you also have two hash browns two wraps and a donut I said NO the croissant and a coffee that’s it. She looked lost and had to get someone to help. They handed me the wrong coffee and the wrong sandwich which I had to hand back. I asked her what is going on in there this is ridiculous. She just said a lot and looked really frustrated. I will say the girls that take my orders are mostly very nice and personable So I don’t blame them. It’s whoever is getting the tickets and I blame management mostly because they are there to make sure things run smoothly and it’s compleat chaos in there. I asked to speak to a manager because over 30 minutes in a drive through is just crazy especially when there was only three cars ahead of me when I pulled in and there was more swapping of badges of food and drinks than a swap meet. Apparently no manager available People where coming out of the store shaking there heads and just mad laughing. Iv never in my 55+ years seen anything so unorganized and poorly ran and this has been going on for years in this store and seems to be getting worse even when you except the bad Servise and think it can’t get any worse and they pulled it off it’s worse. Whoever owns this store you should be ashamed of yourself for letting this go on for so long and hiring managers that don’t train the people working inside. I don’t even blame them it’s the owners and managers fault neither one gives two shits about the store or their paying customers as they have proved over and over and over again. It’s embarrassing and they have set their employees up to fail by not training them. They seemed completely clueless on what they where doing and that falls solely on managers and owners. Iv never ran a Dunkin donut in my life but bet I could run it 100 times better then the people that are. A 10 year old kid could walk in there and run it better than whoever is running it now. They are completely lost. I actually feel bad for the employees and I never get mad at them or say anything demeaning because I don’t blame them. We have fallen so far from the norm in what customer Servise use to be it’s sad to see this. It shows me the owners only care about making money and don’t give a shit about there store or there employees. Owners need to get their 💩 together in this store or it’s going to fail I can already see the lines are half what they use to be as almost everyone I know that use to go here goes to the same ne on Sample now. Read moreThe service was horrible ,im order 5 items to go without drinks and the white guy with clear eyes was there yesterday afternoon take and also prepared the order without wash his hands after touch money just put gloves on it that its not enough look stressful with the face than doesnt wanted to be there and was rude when we asked for some ketchup he replied: please.. !! We said please and thank you after waiting 20 minutes for only 3 breakfast sandwich waiting for ever for something simple and hv the nerve to said that after bring poor customer service received its insulting . Read moreThis is my go to dunkin because its close. Morning shift is awesome. Always polite and efficient. Afternoon shift is rude and arrogant.
Pulled up to the window and heard. "Go head" instantly thought to myself, well this'll go great so I asked for hashbrowns and a caramel craze latte w/oat milk and no whip cream but still the cinnamon sugar on top. They almost immediately talked over me and told me that I just want a regular caramel latte of which I said no and repeated myself. At the window they gave me the regular one and when I asked for cinnamon on top they told me that I had to order the caramel craze of which I smiled and said that I did. The workers went back and forth confused and then finally put a tiny bit on top and I drove away. I take a sip and it's super watery and gross and theyre no napkins for the hashbrowns. So I just tossed the latte and am heading to Starbucks. No reason to even go after 10am. So disappointing and a waste of money... again!
My morning crew would have got it right the first time. Please fix your other crew members because they are bringing this store down! My experience is always similar to this with the afternoon shift. They just do what they want with seemingly...
