I normally don't write reviews, but this is a reoccurring experience with this store, so I have to say something. I placed my order at 8:21 pm, for delivery scheduled to arrive no later than 9:11. I receive a text from the Door Dash delivery person at 9:05 pm, stating that she is at the store and that they aren't even saying anything to her. She said that the store was very busy and that there were other Dasher's waiting to pick up orders. I finally asked her to go up to the counter and see what was the issue after she waited for about 15 minutes. They tell her that they don't have anymore of the planteroni pizza with the cheese-sticks. I ask her if they can just go ahead and send the whole planteroni pizza along with the chicken wings I ordered. She texts back and was still waiting. She calls Door Dash. Door Dash calls me. They also try to call the store. NO Response. I called from two phones and both lines were just ringing. No one ever picked up. Eventually my order was cancelled. I called the customer service line while still on one of the phones waiting for little caesars to answer. I get Sam, a Little Caesars Customer Support agent, who basically tells me he will reverse my payment and that I will get it in 3-5 days. I'm totally upset by this point because it's the kid's pizza night and that was my last $20 bucks until payday Friday. I asked him could he call the store and just have them send out my order from that store or another store. He tells me that if I couldn't get through, he wouldn't be able to either. I asked him to escalate my call. After about 20 more minutes, I get Michelle, the Supervisor, on the line. She basically tells me that she can't do anything except process my refund that was naturally going to be done due to the order never arriving. I am just mortified by the customer service and lack of empathy. I bet everyone ate dinner tonight. The kids didn't get their pizza, and I didn't get my money. All, I got was apologies for something that could have been fixed with a simple phone call once my order was received by their store. By the time they got done doing nothing, it was after 10 pm and the stores were closed. Worst experience ever and I will never order...
Read moreI have been a customer of this store for over 6 years. I am beyond upset! I placed an order online at 6:13. My order was supposed to be ready by 6:51. Perfect, because I was have a sleepo er my my niece and sister. I go to pick up my order at first it was ready. That's fine, then we go back in only to find out that someone else was able to pick up my order. So the manager on duty speaking with their cashier in Spanish and he is explaining to her in English that it was showing delivered. So I ask him delivered where when the order clearly states pick up. So she calls I guess another manager and they are all speaking Spanish but might I remind you the cashier is responding in English. So finally I here him tell her that Door Dash picked up the order. How were they allowed to pick up my order with a different code??? That was a staffing error. So I then respond listen it really makes no difference to me just remake my order and I'll be on my way. One of the cookers from the back said "no" and shook her head. I laughed and said "oh yes ma'am I didn't make the mistake you all did!" The manager again said something in Spanish and walked out the door. I asked the young man where is the manager and he said that is her walking out. I went out behind her and said " you gone leave and not correct the situation? All I know your either going to refund me my money or remake my order!" She then walked back in and went to the register and voided my order and walked out. Smh, The fact that Roseann or Rosie whatever her name is was more concerned with leaving then correcting the situation was unacceptable and is not how a manager should handle the problem. The young man was basically left to tell me "no it's nothing they could do!" The manager doesn't deserve the title and the old crew they use to have there need to come back, because I have never had a bad experience. I have always ordered online and picked up my own order. Read moreIf I could give negative 5 stars for overall service I would. Most of the times I order ahead just to avoid the lack of attention of the person at the register taking orders or the person who I believe to be the manager/ supervisor yelling at the employees in the back, however even when ordering online there is no avoiding the lack of good service.
Last night, July 5,2023 I setup an order online at approximately 8:50 PM, received confirmation order was ready at 9:07 PM, however I didn’t make it to the store until after 9:18 PM where I stood in front of the register for nearly 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged I was there. The person at the register (as I walked up to the register) upon entering decided to turn away without even excusing himself, then came back to do something at the register without even asking me if I was there to order or pick up. He came back a few more times to attend to the person who came after me and who stood beside me, again I was ignored. When 2 more people came and stood behind me, that is when the young man decided to provide a name out loud, I informed me not once he had ask for my name. He didn’t apologize (Apologies sometimes go a long way). I informed him my name, he pretended to look for my order, then asked for the online order which I did show him on my phone. He gave me two boxes of pizza which I later found out, once I arrived home those were not the ones I ordered online. Sadly, this is the last time I will be ordering from this branch but this review is to bring up awareness to management, providing great customer service and a comfortable atmosphere for customers is a must when you are in the restaurant or food business. When you are not provided good service in the front of the store one must wonder what is happening in the back when I don’t see you preparing my food. The trust is not there anymore.
