So the only reason why anyone lowers themselves to go through McDonald's is for speed and convenience after they've screwed my order up three or four times over the past several months I finally called in and spoke with a manager named Jasmine she said next time you come in I've made a note we're going to take care of your meal to compensate you for all the meals that we have screwed up on in the past upon going through the drive-thru I was greeted with lots of ignorance and poor customer service from a manager named Jane who continued to pass the buck to Jasmine even though Jasmine's her employee they're all McDonald's management she could not accept responsibility nor could she resolve the situation amicably she was just rude and ignorant but then again what can the level of people that work at this McDonald's establishment they've really scraped the bottom of the barrel for staffing there........ Literally go to any other fast food place right in the general City but that one you'll be greeted with long lines appalling customer service and there's a high probability that your order will be wrong..... Read moreDon’t waste your time in line. I live in the area and don’t frequent this location, but will visit once in a while, usually late at night. I always regret it. Not only is the line preposterously long, but this location makes a point of being as inconvenient and inconsistent as possible when trying to pay. Sometimes its card only, others cash only? After 10pm its purely chance which one to choose but never once has there not been some sort of payment conundrum causing the line to become even longer as frustrated customers simply try and pay in some way or another for their food. This is McDonalds not a hippie eatery in Wynwood. I’m aware of McDonalds policy on system resets daily and cash only payments should only be necessary for maybe 20 minutes of the day if at all, not 8+ hours. I’m convinced that there’s some sort of fraud going on with the night shift either stealing money, laundering, or conspiring to avoid taxes. Read moreHORRIFIC SERVICE. I have visited this McDonalds numerous times over the years and EVERY SINGLE TIME the restaurant is OUT of something. Mostly ice scream...sometimes lettuce, straws, forks...one thing they are never short on is bad service. Not just bad service...horrific service. Witnessed a lady being screamed at for ordering something that took time to prepare. Have been asked "What do you want!" while waiting for drinks, watched two employees have a fight at the front counter, f-bombs dropping left and right in front of customers with children. Suspicious activities in a bathroom stall between two employees. I ordered a milk shake through the drive thru one time and when I got to the pick up window they handed me the shake. When I asked for a straw they said they didn't have any straws. NO STRAWS in the entire store. How do you drink a milkshake WITHOUT A STRAW...WHILE DRIVING?!?!?! I would have demanded a refund but if you get demanding with an employee, the other employees tend to gather around like vultures...
