Title: Terrible Experience at PDQ - Avoid This Location
I've been to many PDQ restaurants, but my recent visit to this particular location was a complete disaster. I feel compelled to share my experience to save others from a similar ordeal.
Hygiene and Cleanliness: The first red flag was the condition of the tables. I tested eight of them by lightly placing my hand on top, and to my horror, my hand stuck to the table due to some unidentified sticky substance. It was a clear indicator of poor cleanliness and hygiene. To make matters worse, I observed an employee simply removing items from a table without wiping it down properly. No wonder the tables were filthy. I also witnessed an employee using the same broom to sweep the floor and then clean the seats. This lack of sanitation standards was highly concerning.
Inattentive Staff: Despite six employees supposedly working, most of the time, they were engrossed in their phones, neglecting their responsibilities. It was frustrating to see such a lack of professionalism and customer service.
Payment Mishap: The ordering process was equally frustrating. The girl who took our order used the wrong credit card machine, and our credit card did not work as a result. She casually mentioned, "Oh, yes, that machine doesn't work." This lack of attention to detail caused unnecessary inconvenience.
Food Quality: We ordered a chicken sandwich combo, and it was a disappointment. The sandwich was dry and tasteless, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an eternity. The only redeeming factor was that the fries were hot and fresh. However, the overall quality of the food left much to be desired.
Health Concerns: To top it all off, my wife fell ill later, and we suspect she may have contracted food poisoning from the meal we had at this PDQ location.
In conclusion, this particular PDQ restaurant was by far the worst I've ever visited. From the unclean tables to the inattentive staff, and the subpar food quality, this experience left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned for the health and safety of patrons. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this location and choose a different PDQ branch for a better...

Read moreI come here often and today was horrible, there was no one else in the restaurant and my best friend and I ordered our food at 7:51pm and didn’t get our food until 8:17pm. On top of that, there was hair in my food, black curly hair that was distinctly from a member of the staff. They then took the food when I showed them and the group of 5 workers crowded around and look at the food and then proceeded to call me and my friend “liars” and when we heard that we turned around and stared at them and then when the culprit came out from the back they all pointed and said “dude that’s your hair” none of the employees were wearing hairnets just hats, but the person who the hair belonged to is not wearing a hat or a hairnet and he said “no one can make me wear one, I’ll quit. “ was given nasty looks by the whole staff and after my food was brought out without hair, they recooked it. They kept staring at us and gave us a “free meal” coupon. Not happy at all with behavior or the way they handled it. My invoice number is 838847 and I ordered at the pdq in pompano beach on north federal highway. There clearly was no manager or supervisor as it was...
