Starbucks — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

My wife has gone to this Starbucks for over 10 years on her way to work (not everyday). She has never had a bad experience….. until yesterday. She ordered her regular drink, the barista repeated it back to her and my wife kindly said back that she also wanted something that the barista had missed. The barista snapped back and said “yea yea I got that you can pull up” My wife gets to the window and a very polite young guy takes the payment while Bethany, the woman that took the order, bashed my wife under her breath for no reason at all. After talking about my wife (loudly enough for her to hear at the drive thru) my wife told the guy taking the payment that she did ask for and repeated back the right order so she didn’t understand the need for the hostility over some caramel drizzle. He apologized and my wife left. All that to say, we’ve never encountered rude employees at this location, in over 10 years. Do better. Hire people that can leave their drama at the door and do their job well. Everyone has issues going on in life, it does not excuse rude behavior. Reevaluate Bethany’s employment. I ordered the same pumpkin spice latte with add-on pumps and dietary milk change but didn’t receive that drink or a receipt; it clearly wasn’t even the signature orange color not did it have spice on the whip cream. When I told the drive through worker 11/19/23 around 3:30 he told “why don’t I taste it to make sure” then turned away from the window in assuming so I would drive off. i didn’t drive away because the order was wrong and I was waiting for the cake pop I ordered. When I asked for a change I was given an attitude and most importantly NO RECEIPT so I’m uncertain who took my order and if there was a tip charged since I payed little more than I usually do. When I asked two different employees for it I still didn’t receive it. All in all I only have a small time to splurge away for a cup of coffee this isn’t my normal Starbucks so up give grace but I was disappointed in the response when the order was in fact messed up. STARBUCKS STORE: 1800 NORTH FEDERAL HIGHWAY POMPANO BEACH FLORIDA 33062!! South of Copans RD on US1

Folks be aware that some unhealthy individual is sitting in this store almost everyday in a corner, from early morning until late in the afternoon! During that period of time he scratches his legs and arms, blood al over the chair and table, also scratching legs and arm, skin flakes are falling on the floor and becomes airborne!!! He also sleeps in that corner from early morning until late afternoon! And he is NOT A HOMELESS PERSON! Does NOT TAKE SHOWERS AND STINKS TOO!!

Not hygienic at all and just think food as well as drinks being served in that store!!! Do you think this is not going into your food or drink when airborne ? Think about this HOW NASTY THAT IS!!!
