Wendy's — Restaurant in Ponchatoula

Super Ghetto. Pulled up sat at the order window for a couple minutes, no cars around, noone greeted or said anything, so i pulled up to the pick up, noone paid attention there either. I asked if i could place a to go order, one employee looked at me like it is my job to make her a burger replied’we in the middle of shift change’ i asked if she is a cook or cooks responsible for the shift change, she went back to counting money. Another employee came by, i asked if i could place an order , she said they cant. Then first employee looked at me as if she was mad whispering something, then said ‘thats what i told you’. No greet. No work. 0 effort. By the way they look I understand thats about the best they can do, but hopefully one of the managers can train them on customer service a little maybe. They should not be talking to customers (well they refuse to talk anyway lol ).

Long story short, raggedy, but that is the best they know and best that they are capable of, so i am not mad 😘

Typing this up as i sit in the burger king drive...

I ordered a double bacon biggy bag, my burger was kids meal size, they didn't add my tenders, my drink was in the wrong carry container.. when I requested a refund I was told there would be no refund he would recook everything his little buddies that work with him started giggling I ask him who was going to be responsible for my carpet cleaning of my carpet because he used the wrong cup and again I was told that that would be my problem . I see something very wrong with this whole situation and how it was handled by the help. I have over 6 million followers and if just 1 third reads this. Hey but it's your store if you don't care how your customers are being treated that's on you .But you can bet one thing myself and my family will never...

No stars from me this store is not professional..I sent me wife to get me the son of the baconator and it had 1 1/2 pieces of bacon on it so I called back to speak with the Manager and she or he got on the phone with a attitude and not even knowing what I was calling about...So the attitude continued on out through the call as I'm telling them what was the problem..After all the the only thing that they could say was do you want to bring the sandwich back so I can make you another one.No I dont cause I never would know what you would do to my sandwich once it's back in your hands because you had a attitude from the start....Now it looks like I have to give a star in order to post,when in reality this wendys doesn't...
