Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Pontiac Township

I would like to start off by saying we are very excited that Domino's came to Pontiac, Il as you are our favorite Pizza place. I am truly not one to complain as I have been a manager in the fast food industry for several years also managed a very large Truck Stop, our experience tonight was horrible. We understand that tonight was only your second day open, but....(1) the store is understaffed. (2) your front counter people do not have a clue as to what is going on. (3) we asked for Hand Tossed Crust we got Thin Crust that was cold. We didn't order peppers as I am allergic to them but when we got home there were Green peppers on the pizza. We had already waited an hour for our order and live 12 miles away so my sister and my Aunt ate the pizza. (4) NO PRICES were listed, but we knew what we wanted. (5) A large 3 topping pizza is 7.99 and order of Cinnamon Sticks are 5.99 can you explain why our order was 21.99? I know our tax was NOT 8.01 they would not give us and itemized receipt with the cost of everything on it. I am an Accountant I would not have a very happy clientele if I used that kind of creative accounting...In a nut shell this store WAS NOT prepared to open..We will be ordering from Domino's again I am hoping the next time is a much better...

The place was empty. That's the only reason they got 2 stars. Only one 16 year old kid was working making food. His bicycle was sitting in the dining area. He was completely incompetent. Other two people that came in were delivery drivers and they left almost immediately. First of all the medium pan pizza has shrunk to the size of a small, and the kid skimped on toppings like its coming out of his own pocket. That's how he was trained. I ordered a medium pan pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni, ham, green peppers, and onions. There was barely enough cheese to cover the pizza let alone extra I paid for. There was one pepperoni per piece of pizza set all the way back near the crust and 3 pieces had none at all. Green peppers and onion? There were a few very thin pieces of them scattered on a few pieces of pizza most had none at all, and he forgot the ham altogether! Thats what i got for a $19.00 pizza I will never ever set foot in a Domino's again. Ive gotten better tasting pizza with more toppings on it from Casey's. Do not waste your time or money at Domino's in...

This Pontiac location has to be the best Domino's I have ever been too. We Love how you can sit down and eat in there. Chalk board is a great idea too for kids. We usually carrryout. The evening manager not sure his name but he always has a hat with a bunch of pins on it is Amazing!! He is super friendly and always on top of it. You don't get that nowadays when you eat out. You can tell when he's working he cares about your experience and how your pizza is being made, and most of all your food your getting. The staff is always hustling like him too when hes. working. My son and daughter Friday night were in aww they were watching him make pizza and he was tossing them real high in the air. My son said dad that guys freaking awesome! He's my idol. Lol Pizza is great and cheese bread and dough bites with garlic butter are a must! Will definitely be back here much more. Keep up...
