Sometime’s the service and food is wonderful. Other time’s it’s down right awful. It’s always a flip of coin what you will get that day. Today I went with my boyfriend the lady was nice at first but seemed to have a hard time with my boyfriend drink which made sense cause he wasn’t honestly confusing on what he wanted for his drink so when he got a freeze instead of the soda we understood. Once we got home though we were missing part of our order when he went back to get it the lady told him he hasn’t been through the line (it took maybe 10minutes for him to get back from the time we left)

Read moreThey were slow and lazy, we stood there for a good 5 mins before the drive thru person informed us that it might be a while before someone could take our order unless we used the kiosk or went through the drive thru. There was a guy changing trash in the lobby, 2 managers, and 5 other employees in the kitchen area, half of which were just standing around looking at me. There was no call for that response. I could understand maybe if they were swamped. But there was only 2 cars in the drive thru at the time and a single door dash order. Restaurants complain about not having enough staff, I worked for taco bell for several years, we frequently had half the employees in the store that you had and we were one of the busiest stores in the region. The only explanation is laziness.

Read morewednesday 27 wings 10:50 pm we were 3 people to order just one; took the order for 10 minutes, took two orders again the second order, the cashier issued the order very rude and order 3 was 6 boats and only in the bag only go to 5 and wait to see if the cashier was in front and no, and the cook told him that there was a missing boat in my order and he did not answer anything. He did not apologize for anything. It took 30 minutes to leave the order and the food. One is very cold and they did not put cream on it. They did not put meat on her, since the cashier is racist with Mexicans and she has to respect her work.
