Monical's Pizza of Pontiac — Restaurant in Pontiac Township

My first time there tonight. I ordered the pan pizza bbq chicken. Cheesy garlic bread, pepperoli, and 3 pantastic cookies. Had 3 friends with us. Very good pizza. My only complaint was I bit into a clear plastic hard piece in my pizza. I put it in my hand and showed the server. She got the manager immediately. He came over took the plastic piece and told after I approached him and asked about the check then he told us he would comp the pizza. Didn’t get the managers name but he did have a studder in his voice. He said he took 30% off only and didn’t even offer to remake the pizza. And charged me for it. I didn’t even eat the pizza after that. We addressed him and he wasn’t willing to work with us at all, just wanted the money. I didn’t want the waitress to pay for it, not her fault, so she addressed it with the manager and he finally took care of it. But still that should have been done right the first time. The service was great the rest of the food, good. But that manager really turned me off...

Ordered take out which finally went perfectly smooth. I was down the street shopping and received a text which gave me a 10% discount. The text gave me the option to call it in which allowed me to get my order correct with the available discounts. Ordered online in the past and didn't receive "family pleaser discount," was told it has to be entered like a coupon.

My experience as an employee and a customer were horrible.their general manager is extremely rude and very mean to all of her employees and guests I have seen her make some of the employees cry because she was mean and demeaning to them. She forces the employees to work even when they're sick with a doctors note. She goes and goes as she pleases and she makes sexual comments about the young men that work there. ( most of which are under age ) I wouldn't suggest this store to anyone while that woman works there. Worst...
