This is the Subway on Walton Blvd between Joslyn and Baldwin Rds. in Pontiac. As I entered that Subway restaurant the first thing I asked is do they take subway coupons? The worker said "no". I said "you've got to be kidding me". The only offer they have is a certain footlong sub for $6.99 (no meal in that price). Just the 12" sub. I had a coupon for a 12" sub of my choice, chips or two cookies 🍪 and a medium drink for $8.99. That Subway is going to lose business. I guarantee it. If a family comes in there with 2 or 3 kids. Their bill would be outrageous especially for 6" and 12" sub sandwich meals. Flippin up to $60 bucks for a family of six. No thank you. To all customers out there. This Subway will not honor any coupons whatsoever. It is absolutely ridiculous. The coupons come in the mail and there are tv infomercials as well. This location will lose business soon enough. Just for that reason. Don't go there unless you want to pay full price every time. Good luck when they accept coupons again.. whenever that'll be 👎🏽. Which I'm thinking will never happen. To the owner: By the way a number of other Subway stores take the coupons. You are one of the few that do not. And another thing you have very rude workers including yourself. Read moreI placed an online order tonight through the app. I ordered 2 Foot long Spicy Italian subs and a pepperoni personal pizza. The pizza was made correctly to my order but subs were completely incorrect. I order one on Italian Herbs and cheese bread with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, green pepper, extra pickles, oil, vinegar and extra mayo. I received Italian Herb and cheese bread with Provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, mild peppers, jalapeños, black olives, very few pickles, salt, pepper, no vinegar, no oil and no mayo. For the second Foot Long Spicy Italian sub I ordered White Italian bread, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, banana peppers, black olives, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and extra mayo. I received white bread, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, black olives, banana peppers, jalapeños, very few pickles, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. The male employee working was rude and unprofessional towards me. I got to the restaurant 5 minutes or so later than the time my order was supposed to be ready. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived and I ended up waiting about 10 minutes longer after arriving which normally wouldn’t be a big deal but I placed the online to save time. Read moreWaited and waited for a order that was sitting on the stand. Could not get help from the employees. Will not be picking up anymore door dash or Uber eats from here. The order was still sitting there when I left and the customer will get cold food. At first I waited at the back of a long line because I thought it wasn’t ready but after a few customers left I realized it was already made so I went to the front of the line and was acknowledged and seen but they continued to make other customers subs instead of handing me the bag. I don’t expect a apology or excuse but if your going to make drivers wait you should put the food where the drivers can get it. Also it is not the drivers job to sign receipts when we pick them up I just scribble on them but it’s still ridiculous. I would like to see what happens if I go get a job somewhere and ignore the people coming to pick up the food.
