So my biggest thing when I go to a retail establishment is customer service. One night I went in there probably five minutes before they closed and there were four girls behind the service counter just chatting and they looked like they just wanted to go home. They didn’t greet you, didnt say thank you and I felt is though they didn’t want me there. There was an older lady behind the counter flirting with some old dude. I said to myself I guess it’s a meat market too.

The items behind the glass doors looked very inviting and I purchased a few pastries to try including some bread rolls. The rolls tasted very fresh.

With any establishment, I’ll typically give them a couple of chances but my first time coming here I just had the worst experience from a customer service standpoint. I’ll update my review as soon as I visit this...

Love this bakery! I bring my family here once, sometimes twice, a week. We feel like kids in a candy store at Sheila's, eyeing all the delicious goods along the wall of self-service, wood-and-glass cabinets. People flock around the racks of fresh goods just brought out from the kitchen. Prices are very reasonable, so we tend to stock up for the week when we visit Sheila's. I have brought items from Sheila's to family gatherings and to coworkers with many compliments. Sheila's also offers a small restaurant and seasonal frozen desserts bar at the front of the store that offer a delicious, far superior alternative to typical fast food. Coffee is provided complimentary for all customers. All of the employees are very friendly, and most are bilingual (English/Spanish). Try Sheila's once, and I guarantee that you will keep...

I am gonna get straight to the point this restaurant doesn't appeal to any other RACE when you walk in it's a cold stare and talking as if your not supposed to be THERE my 2 experiences were not good at all food was not special service d.. well was not special and last but not least you all are not in an Mexican community only so there needs to be a race friendly atmosphere here in the middle of the hood I was embarrassed because I had told my family member that they had certain things and when I invited them. We got A COLD STARE LIKE WE WERE ALIENS NOT COOL AT ALL THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER GREAT FOOD MEXICAN RESTAURANTS WITH GREAT SERVICE PLUS FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND THATS EL PATIO and I LOVE IT YOU GUYS CAN LEARN A...

I've never eaten in the restaurant portion. I have used the bakery though to get bread, desserts, and cakes. All of these products are beautiful, delicious and well displayed. Sheila's has a large variety. I love that they make the bolillos (bread) fresh and hot multiple times a day. I went today at around 6:45pm and watched them roll out steaming hot bolillos. I have purchased tres leches cake in the past and they have always been super tasty and moist. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is for two reasons 1. Nothing has a price tag, I personally want to know how much something is ahead of time. 2. Its actually kinda pricey, I slightly ignore this because the baked items are delish and fresh.

I ordered the taco salad and an asada taco. The salad was really big and full of delicious stuff. If you order this, you'll want to stir it. That lime cilantro dressing was light and perfect. The shell was a bit overcooked. The taco was full of mouth-watering flavor. I would suggest a little salsa or pico de gio because it was a bit dry. The restaurant is clean, airy, and comfortable. The decor is friendly and welcoming. The staff speak English, but as you sit and listen, it isn't the main language spoken here. The baked goods are traditional and so tempting to the eye. I was too full to try any of them, but I could spend some money trying a variety of delicious looking treats.
