Wendys food tends to be too notch ... Tends to be. This place is on my way passing thriugj for work and other errands. Typically i may swing by and grab something quick. And i gave the building plenty of chances to redeem itself. Maybe it was a bad day for staff, poor timing on my part, change of staff, etc. (This is over the course of the entire calendar year).
But too many times had this particular establishment just fallen flat for me. Emoloyees sometimes arguing outside the building when the drive through was 4-5 cars deep from the pickup window. One time I ordered food, paid, and then was told to pull off to the side to wait for my order. Ok, no biggie. Maybe they are working on a fresh set of fries or something... Took 15 minutes for my order. Silver lining was that an employee gave me a frosty for free because of the trouble. Good move and i appreciate it.
TLDR, if you want Wendys, dodge this location. Go to the Auburn Hills one (maybe 5-7 minute detour) and get better, friendlier, quicker service. Same good food you...
Read more2 days ago I came to wendys and order "4" 4 for 4s. I checked the bag and there was food missing in my bag I came back in to the restaurant to get it fix and left when I got home I sat down I'm ready to eat to find out my entire order is wrong I didn't get anything that is asked for I call the restaurant and the manager Tony told me he would give me a code so I can get my order replaced. I'm here now try to replace my order and the server tells me they will not replace my order Tony the manager is support to be here and he is no where to be found. I didn't spend money here so they can mess my food up. And then tell me they would honor the code that there manager gave me I've waited my entire lunch break waiting on the manager so I can get my food, so now I'm hungry and aggravated and the workers here don't seem to give a damn, I won't be back...

Today, we received a Bourbon Bacon Burger with about a piece and a half of bacon on it, the whole burger burnt to a crisp. We ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget and only received 5 in the order. These may seem like unimportant things in the bigger picture, but when we already wait in line for that long and don’t even get the correct food, it’s very irritating. Corporate should take time to pay this location a visit. If you plan to buy food from this location- make sure you give yourself about 30 minutes because it is not at all fast food, and always double check your food as well as ask for a receipt, as they do not...
