Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Pontotoc

So idk what was off with this shift 4/8/2023 night shift about 9:30 pm. The woman working the counter was prompt in asking me what I wanted. I asked her kindly to give me a moment my husband was in the restroom. When he got out she gave us time to order, but when I went to tell her what I wanted she stuck her finger up to let me know to hold on. OK, I'm hungry I just shut my mouth and waited. We both ordered then paid. We both ordered large cokes with our meal. She didn't even fill either of them up all the way. They set our fries on the tray to wait for the burgers to get done which took exactly 12 minutes. So our fries were cold and truthfully tasted like they had been cooked for a while. I ordered the bigger jack and my husband got a 2 for 6 deal with a double cheese burger and bologna sandwhich. The double cheese burger and the bigger jack look the same. Now on to the cleanliness of the place. The lobby area was clean and well maintained. The windo2s definitely need to be cleaned they look awful. The bathrooms are clean as well which was nice. Over all it was OK here, but they definitely need to touch up on customer service and food preparation. No one wants cold food or half...

Food taste great I didn't think that I would like it at Jack's so much I figured it was another like McDonald's or Burger King so whoopty Doo but Jack's really surprised me they could be a little cheaper on their prices but for the taste it's okay the only thing that I have to complain about is that Saturday nights I work and I don't get off until Sunday morning at 6:00 so I wanted to surprise my family with a breakfast from Jack's Sunday morning and for some reason even though the sign said that they open at 6:00 it was after 7:00 when they opened so instead of me very tired and waiting until they opened up and decided that they would serve people I just went ahead and went to McDonald's which I was disappointed in that because two of my kids didn't have jacks yet but the next day I got them something but it was just a disappointment that they were supposed to open and they were an hour late and I didn't get to wait on them cuz I was so tired but other than that...

Now I'm not sure when working at fast food became such a hard fete but obviously it is to much to bare for many. The workers here it was wayyyyy to much.

Don't know how to give change back for an apple pie that was not in the order without reringing the whole entire order. Baffled is all I can say. Then for the amount of dinners we ordered, we recieved no napkins not one fork and I had to ask for straws.

Baffled I tell you.

Get home. At least the chicken dinners were right.

One of the burgers were right.

The fries were good.

I'd probably come back and order fries that's probably easy for them.
