Place a pickup order today on the app at 7, estimated pickup time 7:03. I get to the location and the door to the lobby is locked. They posted a sign that said the lobby was closed and they could only serve you through the drive thru. And of course, the line for the drive thru is long enough to reach into the parking lot. And being someone who has a job I have to be on time to, I couldn’t wait the 20-30 min I would’ve had to wait in that drive through line which was the whole reason for placing a pickup order in the first place to simply walk in, grab my order and leave. Your location says it opens at 4:30am on Google, how is it you’re allowed to keep your lobby closed 3.5 hours AFTER you opened? I can understand placing orders in the lobby might not be allowed, BUT I PAID for my order on the app and all I need to do was pick it up but I couldn’t even do that? It’s absolutely ridiculous. If you’re going to do this, it needs to be reflected on the app that you’re not open for pickup. Now I have to wait til after I’ve worked 8 hours today to come back and get a refund from you people because additionally, you can’t even answer the phone. Where is the manager to answer the phone? But I can't.
This location is incredibly quick, friendly and service is always with a smile even when they are slammed hard with orders. We visited first when they were new, choosing them over our usual haunt farther up Pooler Parkway.
The service was much faster (likely because few people were there), and the drinks were perfect despite some of the fussy modifications (depending on the time of day I adjust the shot count of my drink, and if it's a frap, it has to have lots of ice to crunch after blending (though the app took out ice adjustments and I'm mad about it!), small things but fussy) - where the other locations we have frequented missed things or got things majorly wrong a little more often than we liked, or in the case of the other location on Pooler Parkway, had hours that made no sense, or didn't take mobile orders on certain days, or decided when we got there that they didn't have what was ordered and substituted something else without asking or telling us there was a substitution.

I went to seek a refund abd was told drive thru and mobile take priority, so those that come in continue to get pushed back as new orders come in. So I asked the brista, so if I go get in drive thru I'll get my order quicker than waiting and she said yes. I requested refund, and manager on duty, Ash, came over as I told her we can't wait any longer. She then walks over to guy making drinks and says cancel. I then realize after 35 minutes of waiting he is making my order. He then proceeded to pour them out. Seriously? I had yet to receive my refund, and product was waisted. I was like Seriously?????? I was like if my drinks were ready why not tell me? I then requested they be remaid considering I still had no refund. Also asked for district manager number and was given a number that I've tried 3 times - no voicemail set up or call back.
