Being that I work nights, I can only enjoy Chick-fil-A for breakfast. That’s great! Right? Let’s examine: I’m very fond of berry parfaits, however, I’ve ordered it 2 different times now, and both were as the photo indicates. I didn’t post a review or even say a single word about this when it happened the first time; chick-fil-A makes great food and accidents happen. I wouldn’t be overly judgmental because I wouldn’t want someone to treat me that way. Now, it seems that this is just the norm, and for a menu item that is nearly $5 ($4.79). I don’t set out to be critical, and would like y’all to be the judge. Is it acceptable to pay $4.79 for a container that is half full of yogurt, 1 strawberry (sliced into 5 pieces), and 3 blueberries? If I’m out of place to be a little bit confused by that, then I really need to re-examine my expectations, drastically. This display of a lack of integrity and poor service, things I would expect at many places, but not here. And that’s why I continue coming back over and over and over. Any thoughts my being too critical? Would anyone else feel good paying just shy of $10 for what would amount to a full container of yogurt, 2 strawberries, and 6 blueberries; the equivalent of what I have received, and in terms of fruit, approximately what I sample when shopping for groceries. Read moreThis is the worst Chick-fil-A to go to . Numerous of times I have been here and every single time something is either missing (sauces , silverware, FOOD) ,or the food is not fresh. Today, was definitely the last straw and the last time I’ll ever return . I was in line and witnessed an employee go up to the vehicle in front of me and touch their dogs with her gloves on. When I got to the window I realized she was the same employee bagging my food and about to hand my my food using those same gloves . I politely said excuse me while all three employees in front of me ignored me and continued to side eye me and bag food . Once she brought me the contaminated bag I politely told her I didn’t want it because she touched the dogs . Her response was “I’m only putting condiments and napkins in the bag .. I’m not putting the food in the bag “ she then stated that she hadnt “all the way” rubbed the dog and that she barely touched him. She then began to ask another employee “do I have to wear gloves and bag condiments I could just use my bare hands right she’s lucky I’m using gloves at all” . Read moreI wouldn't even give 1 star if they let me. Always previously had great experience with every other location in our local area. Today I ordered food online and parked in the parking lot. I sent my husband in to get our food while my daughter and I sat waiting in the car. 10-20-30 minutes goes by. I'm watching customer after customer walking to restaurant and back to car with their food. Finally call my husband, he ask if ordered at the right location, I screenshot the order. He ask someone if it's being made, employee says "oh yeah". Another 15 minutes goes by and nothing, now I'm mad. I call my husband back, apparently they never started the order because they never found the order until my husband asked for the second time and got the manager. Order been sitting for over 35 minutes. They rush the order, forget the drinks, husband has to wait again and ask for the drinks, they apologize, decide to give us "entree" meal free cards. Fast forward to getting home, get everyone's food out.
No wonder they gave us free food cards, they didn't even give me my order while everyone else got theirs. Worst...
