Pic-A-Pak Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Port Allen

I REALLY wanted to leave a better review. First this all took place on a Thursday night starting at 630 ordering a 20 Piece family pack with Lg French fries and rolls. Four car ahead of me in drive through no big deal right took 30mins to place my order and was told it would be another 10 mins to get my chicken. -1star. After parking and waiting ten minutes I walk inside paid and then while fixing my chicken she tells me she’s out of legs and thighs AFTER I PAIDED. Refused to give me a spilt of Brest and wing for being out of legs and thighs. -2star. Then had to wait another 15mins for the fries. So at 732 I got back into my truck hoping the chicken would at least be worth the wait and over paying. While the chicken was juicy and crisp but NO SEASONING. Come on man. -1 star. Chicken was seasoned just right! Crispy and fried to perfection!, fries tasted good like fresh cut, a little over done but I like my fries that way(little crunchy on the edges!lol) rice dressing was on point! Good balance in flavor ratio of liver and gizzards (maybe grind them gizzards up a little smaller, but I'm not complaining 👌🏾) Ms. Rose 🌹 did that! Worth the stop! If I say anything criticizing, I'd say I should have gotten at least a small drink with the price I paid. But other than that, I'll be stopping by again on my next cheat...

I sat in the drive thru for a very literal 9 minutes on the clock! their window was open and they clearly saw me, yet nobody took my order or even acknowledged the fact that I was there! I saw 5 people inside yet nobody could take the time to say "it'll be a minute" or anything. Totally and completely unprofessional.
